First time visiting this location… One word: Overpriced!!!

Many other BETTER available options out there.

Used the donation drop off. The guy working came right out to my car and greeted me. He offered to take the donations without me even getting out of the car and then asked if I’d like my tax receipt. Great customer service in just a small 60 seconds. Thank you!

The prices are too high and the people that work there are always terrible. I never know how much anything is because of the lack of pricing. I got over charged for a «table cloth» that was actually a bed sheet. I didn’t bother arguing because she was an idiot. It is sad a resale shop is so pricy. I thought this was for people who needed things they otherwise couldn’t afford elsewhere? Target/​Walmart has better prices for brand new. I love to thrift shop for photography props and other nick nacks on a budget — but I’m always disappointed. We needed a dining table too and the cheapest one we saw started at $ 150… and it wasn’t even in good condition. Customer service is sad/they’re cold and hateful. The whole store is just crummy. I won’t go back (tried it twice). Maybe another goodwill would be better. I don’t have a huge expectation for used-​thrift stores but I think it would make more money for it’s cause if the prices were more fair and the employees were friendlier.
