Sever keeps scratching his head and nose and then smells his residue while he is giving out samples. This is why is don’t get samples. It is amazing what you see if you just sit and watch.

I know you can’t expect much from mall food, but this is just ridiculous. I have never experienced any satisfaction here, whatsoever.
The food here is just plain awful and I have nothing good to say about it’s quality. The ingredients are never fresh and always taste different, nothing is ever consistent. The only thing that ever tastes good here are the smoothies, even though you never get the one you ordered.
The service here is atrocious, the people who work here are beyond incompetent. They constantly overcharge you and mix the orders up, and then they refuse to make the necessary corrections. I’ve even had my change refused! Communication also seems to be a major problem here, even between the workers. There is absolutely no order here, just a mess of constant chaos and confusion.
I would recommend avoiding this place if you can, you won’t regret it!

When it comes to wraps this is the place to go. They use fresh veggies, huge chunks of chicken, and offer Spinach, Flour or Honey Wheat tortillas.
