Grille Works

I am not a vegetarian, but ordered a veg-​burger here. Had I been vegetarian, I would freak out because they cooked it in the beef grease with the other hamburgers. The fries were not great & were about like a child’s Happy-​Meal. Also, they move at a snails pace.

Grille Works is tucked away in the farthest corner of UHD’s food court. The variety of food items is a simplified version of what you’d usually get at any burger joint. It’s really hit-​or-​miss. There are times where they are mysteriously closed even though their hours say they’re supposed to be open. Service is inconsistent when it comes to speediness. They’re friendly half of the time; the other half of the time they look gloomy. I’m not surprised considering it’s the only burger place at UHD. Cut them some slack.

Typical fast food. But, it will do when you are hungry and don’t have time to venture downtown for something.
The staff is usually friendly and the food is what you would expect.
You can eat outside and that always seems to make it better! lol
