Lots and lots of South Asian Sweet! I tried many different kinds and I’m yet to find one I don’t like.

Whenever I come to Gulshan-e-Iqbal Halal meat to buy groceries I am able to find everything I am looking for. This store seems to have a wide variety in groceries and the meat is always freshly packed when I go there. Ever since the new owner of this store came he has made a lot of new changes since the previous owner. For example he has started selling fresh vegetables, purchased new coolers and freezers, and added a lot of new grocery items. All of the employees are very pleasant and are very helpful. I definitely choose this store over the competition.

I dont know how an indian grocer is suppose to be but I guess this is it. With only ~5 aisles, I think this place just sells the stuff we cant find at Hong Kong, Viet Hoa, My Hoa, etc. They take credit cards w/a minimum of $ 5. Its bright white light and rude lady owner sitting by the register w/her arms crossed and mean stare is definitely not welcoming. We asked her if they carried what I was looking for and she plainly said No! and here I found it… grr, I came for their trail mix«mixure». Not exactly what I was looking for but my Punjabi Mix looks appealing. Twas only 2.99. Is that expensive for a small-medium size bag of «trail mix»? Hah. Nowhere near the size of Chex Mix, Ill tell you that. This place is nestled in the middle of a busy shopping center with lots of men walking around. What or where are they going? I dont know but they’re just hanging out, even on a Wednesday night at 9p. They were open late, I liked that. I was referred by one of their own peoples describing it as «in the ghetto» and if I «wasnt scared, go ahead n check it out.»
