Happy Swimmers Mobile Swim School

I booked them for a pool party and they sent the most professional lifeguard over named David. He was professional, on time, very concerned about safety during the thunder and storm and boy was he a trooper. Not only was he on time and had a great friendly personality, He sat there and watched the kids swim in the rain as he got soaking wet. In and out the pool with thunder warnings for 3 hours as they all shivered as they did not dry between thunder warnings because they did not want to give up swimming. As the final «monsoon» hit us, they finally exited the pool at 4pm. David coulda sat around since he was getting paid anyway for 5 more hours, instead he pitched in and helped secure the pool area, helped us moved furniture indoors and just kept volunteering to help in other non lifeguard ways. He truly made our party a success despite the weather. That is what i call outstanding customer service!
