I come here to get my oil change all the time look me up in your computer my name is Shane Villarreal. Now the reasons I gave 1 star are after getting my oil changed 2 days ago I was told by a mechanic that was there that he works for the company and that my thermostat was bad. He offered to fix it for me the next time he was in the shop and I was like great thanks I’ll be back. So I showed up yesterday and they tell me he would be back today, so I went in a few minutes ago place was empty and had to listen to the staff arguing with the mechanic because he didn’t want to get out of his car to tell me he no longer wanted to work on my car… SMH businesses fail because of lazy workers like this that promise you something and fail to deliver. I will probably be taking all of my business elsewhere and you can thank your supposed ASE certified mechanic for ruining my view of this establishment and the trust one should feel when you say you will fix a problem and shake hands.

Passed by this place a couple times on the way home and saw their sign: $ 19.99 oil change. They were fast and friendly. Only took 10 – 15 minutes for them to change my oil.

I have been a customer of this location through three cars, but the relationship is over now. Took my 2014 Honda CRV for an oil change in December 2014. Within 24 hours all the oil ran out because the drain plug was replaced improperly. Asked for a refund of the amount I paid for the oil change (in writing and with appropriate documentation) and did not receive it. Will not return to this business and will no longer recommend to others.

We don’t live nearby but aways like to go this location for oil change and state inspection. Why? People are friendly and professional here. Sterling helped us all the time. Excellent service. But their restroom still out the order. Which I didn’t like it~

Manager/​Owner contacted me about the issue! He was very nice and offered a resolution! (talk to Eric, he’s the man to go to!) Avoid «Jay» at all costs! Very rude and terrible work! Approaches people in a threatening way! Does not take responsibility for his actions! Unfortunately Al is no longer with them! He was so nice and helpful, very respectful as well!

Quick service. I had to pay extra because my car takes synthetic oil but that’s normal with some newer vehicles.

I’ve been coming to this lube shop for a couple of years now, and it’s starting to grow on me. Conveniently located near the Med Center, yet isolated enough that it doesn’t get inundated by customers, this Havoline is inexpensive and efficient, with short wait times and long hours. I could never understand why I had to wait 1.5 hours at NTB for an oil change, but never again.
The service here is reasonably good and consistent, with reasonable upselling for additional service detected during the oil change. By reasonable, I mean that they’ll only try to upsell a service that you actually do need, as opposed to the shadier national chains that try to convince you that your car needs full service every year, giving vague reasons in the process.
In the end, the convenience of this location, the price point, and the consistency of the service has kept me coming back. It’s not the cleanest of locations, and the waiting area leaves a lot to be desired, but it beats waiting around at other places or paying a significant premium for inconsistent service at the dealer.

Had my wife’s oil changed there once and needed to get my oil changed so decided to give them some repeat business, BIG MISTAKE. I arrive at the location around 7:55 and wait… manager /​owner/​operator drives up right at 8 and proceed to open the place up. I give him a few minutes to do whatever he needs to do, finally they open the bay doors but no one comes out to see what I am there for. So, I finally walk inside and tell them I need an oil change. They say special or full service, after getting the difference between to, I opt for the full service.
So, when the oil change was finally completed, they drive my car back to the front and the guy goes and starts topping off fluids on another car. So, I wait a little longer, finally he comes in and tells me how much I owe. I was shocked that the price was higher than told by the other mechanic but just ready to get my car and leave the place. Apparently the oil which was suppose to come with the full service was extra and I needed a special filter. The guys there have no customer service, they come off rude and grumpy but hey some people just don’t have the customer service gene.
My car was suppose to get vacuumed but didn’t, shocker. I would stay away from this place but just my 2 cents
