The owner of this bar is a horrible business person and a cheat. I recently went to a party there with all my friends and we tipped the bartender extravagantly since it was her birthday. COme to find out that the owner decided she had over poured too many drinks so she kept all of this girl’s cc tips. To me that is straight up stealing out of my pocket. Additionally all 40 of us were there for the bartender and had huge tabs. I am sure we more than covered our alcohol cost that night. I will never return.

Small, intimate, neighborhood bar. Gorgeous staff, generously poured cocktails, pool table. I love the intimacy of this bar — what a great place to take a date and sit quietly on the couch for conversation or sit at the bar with the locals and chat about the day.

A friend of mine is a regular at this place… and assures me that tonight was pretty typical. While it’s a small dank bar, its pretty friendly. Not the place to take a date, but probably a good place to go if you don’t want to meet people. Also a good place to see some boobs… I really can’t say more than that, you just have to check it out.

I can’t say anything about the restaurant part of Hazzard’s(actually has two Z’s…) because I attended a private party that was held on the bar side of this place. It was okay for what it was, a small bar area with maybe 10 stools, and a separate room in the back with a pool table, a few high-top tables, a couch, and an area where they have karaōke. it really felt like I was at a house party. The host hooked up his Ipod thru the jukebox which was nice, nobody had to pay to hear music throughout the event, and there was a large screen(not a large screen TV, an actual screen, I’m guessing they use it for karaōke) that was tuned into sports all night. We all had a good time, but that probably had more to do with the people we were with, and the fact that we were celebrating a family friend’s homecoming after being in Iraq for over a year. We could’ve had fun in a paper bag… As long as the paper bag had an open bar…

Although the food is good, it is worth noting that this bar is never open for Lunch apparently. It makes sense to me though because the ‘keeps are so drunk and close so late that it would be a physical impossibility for them to wake up for opening at lunchtime
