A perfect place to get in a quiet non distracted workout. The gym is equipped with showers, rentable lockers, sauna, steam room, hot tub, meditation pool, swimming pool, high tech weight machines, free weights, a vast array of personal trainers with different backgrounds and a full court gym with a jogging track upstairs? Need I say more? Not to mention the place is constantly kept up. Free towels, many sanitizers, and hand wipe dispenser to wipe down machines. This place is not ghetto and ratchet, it’s a high quality state of the art facility. Definitely a place to come try; you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been a member for over 3 years and really enjoy the water aerobics classes. Some instructors are better than others but all in all, it’s a good workout if you have bad knees like me.

Great place for wellness! Have been a member for a number of years and enjoyed all their facilities. Have spent the last few years in their water program. Enjoyed their pool facilities and their water exercise programs. Would recommend this place to anyone living in the southwest part of Houston.

I’ve taken classes here twice and had the same instructor. The first class I took here was three years ago. I took another class here today. The instructor (A.J) is very knowledgeable about all of the information. He has several credentials to his name and is very passionate about the muscles in the body and how they work .
He makes it point to focus on every single student when he speaks. This practical class had six people, so it made it easy for him to be through with all if us.
The class I has before had about 10 or 12. He was just as through.

Im specifically only rating the massage school that is run here and offers cheap 60 minute massages. I cant speak for the health club or other spa. I have come here for many massages and they are all much better than any of the pricey spas that I have been to. Only drawback is that there is no hot tub, etc. so if you just want a great, cheap massage – come here!

Repetitive fights I encountered in the pool area of the Wellness Center, caused by often aggressive non-​swimmers «staking their claim» in lap lanes, not wanting to go to the available slow lane when lap swimmers arrive caused me to cancel my very long-​standing membership and go out of my way to broadcast the gross incompetence of Wellness Center management. Management never averted or intervened in these situations. Management was not willing to do so: I escalated this situation 2 levels above. Present poolside staff was always unwilling to intervene or assign members to appropriate lanes because «it wasn’t their job». Hello?
For less than half the price, I have joined 24 Hour Fitness, and do not feel I will ever deal with this type of needless drama there.
