HC3 Wellness Center

I recently called to get appointment at this place. First I was told they would call me back which they never did. So I called back 2 days later. I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt so I made an appt anyway after I called the second time. I was told some paper work was going to be emailed to me in which it was never done. I think this facility is irresponsible. At that point I canceled my appointment. I could not trust anyone that was that careless in just setting up an appointment. Also when I mentioned why I canceled my appointment. I was not given an apology. Just a snide remark.

The rating I give is rather for customer service than for procedure itself. I never got a chance to try it, actually, After making and CONFIRMING my appointment, I showed up just to see the office closed. Nobody answered my phone calls. The time for appointment was Wednesday 10am. Given the fact the I had to make arrangements with work, drove 20+ miles, I ended up to be very disappointed. Spend your money somewhere else.

The place was quiet and relaxing but not sure on how clean it felt. Stephanie was a little snappy at first but then became very pleasant. The only negatives are that I wish I was explained the process a in depth and that it was more sterile. Nice but won’t return.

This was my first experience with this facility. Upon walking in the facility is very relaxing and pleasant. My experience otherwise was very disappointing. I was running about 8 minutes late due to the lack of parking around the building. After arriving, Stephanie placed me in the room to lay on the Biomat for a few minutes (so I thought) – she never came back to check on me and I came out of the room after waiting for nearly 30 minutes. Stephanie was on her cell phone giving out directions to another client. I asked what the hold up is as I need to get back to work. She stated to give her 2 minutes to setup. She then disappeared for another 10 minutes and came back as if is no big deal that I have been waiting for almost one hour at this point. Once again I asked what the hold up is and she stated that it will be another 2 minutes. I informed her that I was told the «2 minute» thing 15 minutes ago and that I don’t have time to wait. She then informed me that the scheduling was backed up a little bit. I was very surprised that she would make me wait for almost one whole hour to tell me that she is backed up – if I was informed of this at the beginning I wouldn’t have wasted my time and I would have rescheduled. Due to this unprofessionalism, I WILL NOT be coming back to this facility for any procedure. I cannot give a review of the colon hydrotherapy service because unfortunately, I never made it to the procedure. I suggest to this facility to be more up front with their clients as this incident definitely make me question the professionalism of this business.

This is my first experience with holistic health care. I was a bit nervous about getting the colonic initially because I didn’t know what to expect. I was warmly welcomed by Stephanie when I arrived. Her peaceful and pleasant demeanor immediately put me at ease. She explained everything and answered all my questions before, during and after services. The colonic treatment was great! Not painful or uncomfortable like I had imagined. The dimmed lights and spa music make it quite enjoyable. Very peaceful setting! After my first session, I bought a package because I knew I would be back! Customer for life!

My experience was a pleasant one. Very nice place and I feel much better today. I do recommend you do at least two back to back. The first one was good but the second one the next day was much better.

I had my first colonic yesterday, what an experience! Stephanie was really sweet, but I could have used a full consult before my procedure since it was my first time and I was obviously pretty freaked out. I had a Groupon for this service and I’d say it was worth the money I paid, though that might have been why I didn’t receive the orientation beforehand. I’m considering another procedure as I am actively trying to lose weight and Stephanie said the second time releases more waste… still contemplating if I will or not. The place is clean and you can keep an eye on what’s happening BC they have a mirror set up. Research what an open system is before going, it will save you a lot of worry and initial WTF-​ing. Overall, if I get another colonic I’ll go here BC Stephanie was nice to me in my total awkwardness and it felt so private (trust me, you don’t want anyone to be within twenty feet if the room). Thanks! (Oh and I lost 1 lb this morning, but it might have been more if I hadn’t been detoxing on green smoothies for the last ten days)

Nice place and staff — can’t say I will return. I was there about 6 – 8 months ago. Their services are decently priced — you should call or email since it’s hard to tell when the office itself is open.

i went for the colonic on a saturday. i must say my first impression of the facility and the room was wow very clean. the lady who helped me with the colonic was very knowledge on how the digestive system worked and what type of foods to use to help assist with the colonic. i would give it five stars but i would never ever get another colonic (this is my experience) because for one i did not like the feeling of the involuntary using the restroom during the session and after the colonic it seem like i had some trouble using the bathroom. (i know TMI) lol but hey try the deal, i think its expiring soon!

Was somewhat reluctant about having this procedure again because my first experience at a completely different business did not go to well. Well anyway, I was more than pleased with Houston Colon Care. It was painless, simple, refreshing and invigorating.
The facility itself was immaculate and the staff was very helpful and attentive to my needs and concerns. Questions that I had regarding eating habits and further cleansing of my system were answered completely. All of the apprehension that I had before is long gone, because of Houston Colon Care. Oh yea, and it was very accessible to me, lol.
