The person to review before me was being very generous. Yes, it’s cool they have overnight parking, and nice that their drivers lounge has vending machines that accept cards and are cheap, but the bad far outweighs the good here. It didn’t seem like it would be bad at first because we got here a half hour late thanks to us having an appointment time during Houston rush hour. The route we were supposed to take was the parkway, where there’s a light every 500 yards, but that’s just poor planning from the trucking company. Anyway, we got called by the guard shack after an hour. Not bad, right? Ha, that’s about the extent of the speed. We were sent to a dock with another truck in it, with a sleeping driver. No big deal, hubby knocked on his door to let him know he had a green light. He had not even been touched yet. So guy inside warehouse sends us to the other side of the building, through construction(like this place needs to be any bigger) to another door. Wouldn’t you know the yard dog had JUST put a reefer in our door. Oh, and the yard dogs have no chill, there’s at least a dozen or so driving around with trailers. So we come back to the main side of the building and got the open dock I saw before we even drove around. Just avoid this place if you can.

I have never seen such a diverse group of attitudes in one place. Here is the entire range from very helpful-deliriously-giddy-cheerful to hateful-demon-from-hell-stab-you-in-the-back-if-you-turn-around personalities. The docks are very difficult to get in, due to their having a row of trailers parked in front of them. Everyone was having trouble parking. On the upside, there is parking available for after you get unloaded if you are out of hours. You will be.
