Was on scene in about ten minutes. Kind of pricey but I expected that. Was very helpful and fast. Would recommend in your in the Heights area.

I rarely ever post reviews unless I get great service and the experience was positive/​memorable.
My experience was memorable alright. I went in for a simple $ 1.25 house key duplicate. What I got instead was an original key that no longer works and a piss poor excuse from the owner/​employee.
I called and explained the situation after not being able to get into my home, and the gentleman proceeded to tell me that he was a 3rd generation key maker, and that it wasn’t possible for his machine to alter the original. He explained that my key must’ve had the tip of it broken off and that he would throw in 3 additional keys at no charge. Even though both keys didn’t work anymore, he asked for me to bring them in and maybe he could «add» to the key so it can work. No thanks!
I would give them zero if I could.
Do not go to this place! Ruined my key, and didn’t own up to their mistake. Worst experience!
