Clean prompt polite and when they ask you what you would like them to focus on they actually deliver. I am a picky loyal customer.

I love this place! It’s near my home and very convenient. I’ve had traditional reflexology and full massages and acupressure. All have been excellent. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. I typically request William (as others have said). He’s very knowledgeable and does an excellent job. I have had other therapists for massage, and they have been great as well. Just a different style, but still therapeutic and effective. This isn’t a spa, and they don’t pretend to be. So no beverages, sitting rooms or anything like that. Just good, well-​trained therapists in a simple, clean, relaxing setting.

This place is awesome. Everyone is so nice. I usually have William, but I have had others and they are great too. It is so relaxing.

I LOVE this place. I have been going for over a year for acupressure for sciatica and also love the reflexology. The first time my hubby went, I could hear him snoring next to me. Haha. The prices are awesome, great staff, and very professional!

They give a great massage and reflexology at a very reasonable price. The therapists really know what they are doing and have a firm grasp on where to target pressure and movements for the ultimate benefit. I always leave here feeling very relaxed and satisfied.

I called and got an appointment with Wilson since I pulled a muscle in my lower back. I had muscle spasms and trouble walking, sitting and moving. Wilson used acupressure on me which was exactly what a physical therapist had done earlier in the year. The session was painful but I knew it had to be done. Upon leaving, I felt better and had a greater range of steady motion. The next day I was much better and continued to improve each day. I’m going back again and will schedule a monthly appointment so I don’t have this problem again.

This is a BADLY RUN BUSINESS. There is a great reflexologist here, but it’s the business people running it that I have to warn people about. I was referred to this place by a couple of people I really trust. I was encouraged by friends to buy a «loyalty card» before I went in, which I tried to do. The card costs $ 210 and for this price you get six reflexology sessions, + 1 free, so 7 total. They would not let me buy it before my session; and after the session they would not include my first visit on the punch card. So I ended up paying $ 35 plus $ 210 for the card. Admittedly, it’s a great price for a one hour appointment., but don’t buy the loyalty card.
Here’s the thing: if you lose that card, they will not honor anything. I thought I lost my card, so I called to make an appointment and they told me that without the card, no deal. I suggested that they had my name in their computer system, as well as a record of my visits and purchases. They denied having any knowledge of my purchase on the card, and told me that only by presenting the card could I get service. Their point was that the card was transferable like a gift card. Well, if that was true, why couldn’t I use it to pay for my first service? Why not call it a gift card?
I did find the card, and I noticed something. It is significantly smaller than a business card, which is why I had to empty my wallet completely in order to find it. They want you to lose that card. They don’t want to honor the deal. They don’t care about repeat customers.
I will never go to that business again. I gave the card to a friend and told her to hang onto it with her dear life.

I love Heights Reflexology. I have a variety of issues that cause ongoing muscle spasms and tightness. The techniques used during the Acupressure massage are the only things that work for me gaining some relief. I have a Massage Envy membership which I started before learning of Heights Reflexology but i am going to let it run out and go here from now on.

I’ve been back here for a long time now, both for the Acupressure Treatment and for the Foot Reflexology.
Sciatica has been, quite literally, a pain in the butt ever since I was in grade school, and I’ve been seeing Mr. Wilson for his Acupressure Treatment. I go in with a lot of tense muscles, and every time I walk out, I feel like the world has been lifted from my shoulders! He uses the right amount of pressure on the pressure points, and whenever it gets unbearable (because I suffer from chronic pain) he will adjust the pressure to what is comfortable and effective.
I usually go in for the foot reflexology when I want to maintain my body. I was a bit skeptical at first as to how a foot reflexology would help me, but after going in, I saw how much better I FELT. The pressure is exactly what I need, and yet again, they did adjust everything so I can be comfortable, but at the same time, it will be effective. I’ve tried all the therapists here, and I can say each has their own little technique, but they all get the job done. I would definitely recommend this if you really just want to relax and feel AMAZING when the hour is up.
The setting and staff: as a designer myself, I feel so welcomed when I go in. The colour of the walls and the placement of everything is perfectly suited to those who have to wait to go in (since they also welcome walk-​ins). And the receptionists are always available for a chat if you’re feeling a bit chatty (:
Like I said, I love this place! Effective, comfortable, and just so darn wonderful!

Absolutely Do NOT come to this place!!! The male therapist decided to use a «different technique» to give me a massage. When does climbing on top of you to put more pressure on you by using his knees and telling your client that she has beautiful hair in the process constitute a reflexology massage!!!

I LOVE this place. I’ve tried reflexology before, and this place is convenient to me. They are absolutely fabulous! Place is clean. Staff is friendly. It is definitely worth trying.

I was driving home from work one day and was stuck at the light on Main when I glanced to my right and saw this place in the corner of a little strip center and made a mental note to come by for a massage.
Best decision ever.!. I had what I can call the best massage of my life here several times. The masseuse really cares to ask what your trouble spots are and gives tips on how to manage them at home. I personally have pre-​carpal tunnel and my massage focused on reliving some of my hand pain. I hope to try the foot reflexology soon.

Great foot massage. She listened and adjusted the pressure for my sore fibro spots. I’d go back.

Great place! Awesome customer service — super friendly staff. The reflexology was awesome. I went in there with sore muscles and aching feet. I walked out feeling like a million bucks. Going to try them out for acupressure massage next!

Nice place, a bit better decorated than the typical foot massage places. Much less cramped also. The reflexology massage was good (good pressure, very relaxing).
I do feel though that the senior therapist is probably better at acupressure than a typical western massage though. His techniques would be better for relieving pressure points etc., when he tries to do relaxation type of massage, it doesn’t feel quite as great, a bit of a wasted effort.

Great foot massage! Very relaxing! The masseuse adjusted the pressure as needed. The reflexology part was great and the added back and neck massage was a great bonus. Definitely will be back!

Awesome! I’m not big on massages so I did the one hour reflexology. I was mush when I left. Friendly staff and clean environment. I plan to return monthly!
