I could go into many reasons as to why you should not waste your time with this facility. Yet, I believe there is a character limit.
When there is a lack of talent, lack of empathy, lack of urgency, it doesn’t start with the personnel of the facility. It starts with the apartment complex management company, Internacional Realty Management (I.R.M., LLC).
If you see this as the benefactor of the next complex you contemplate residing, don’t consider. I.R.M., LLC and Hollister Place are not worth your time.

Do not move here PLEASE do not move here! No peace and quite. All I ever hear IN my apartment from neighbors is them screaming at their children or screaming children. Walls are paper thin. I just learned the new neighbor kids name while going to the restroom this morning. No wall separating apartments should be so thin that you can hear what the other one is doing. I literally can hear conversations people are having in next door apartments. I’ve heard domestic disputes too. I’ve literally heard my neighbors pooping. If you are single without kids do not move in here… you will never have quite time around here. Kids running everywhere, being rude & disrespectful, playing on staircases of buildings they don’t live in, running around cussing, littering and destroying property. Parents here don’t care and let them do what they want. Do not move here!
