John Hopper met me at the parking lot where I was stranded to help me make a new key for my car. He had my specialty key available and ready to be cut. Then we had to go through what I thought was a scene from American Treasure to program the buttons on my key. Opening doors and turning on keys, it was bewildering but it worked!
John had a sense of humor and was great to work with even though it was 100 degrees outside. I’ve got his card in my glove box so if I ever lose my key again I’ll know exactly who to call!
