Blinds for Less. The more accurate name is Blinds for Less Quality, Less Precision, Less Integrity, Less Honesty and Less Service. I seem to not be the only one having a bad experience with this company. Reading the low reviews is like dejavu…
If your goal is blinds/​shades for a business, a warehouse or an institution that does not care about quality and precision of work, then this is the place for you. If you are a homeowner and of course you care about the results and the aesthetics of the job, then do stay away from this business.
When a job goes bad due to the inexperience of your staff (I guess anyone with a measuring tape can call themselves a designer these days), you try to do everything to appease that client and resolve the issue. You can’t solve the problem? That’s fine, just give your client a discount on the service and don’t question your client’s integrity. A happy client is your best marketing tool. We were SUPER patient with them and allowed them to come by multiple times to resolve the issue. Even the owner made a trip. He sees the problem with his own eyes and literally ignores it and calls it a job well done and charges us full price. Nice going Blinds of Less. You certainly will not be getting any referrals from me. I guess it doesn’t pay to be honest and give good customer service. You deserve 0 stars.

TERRIBLE!!! Don’t waste your time with this awful business. Every single aspect of doing business with this company was terrible. We have NEVER dealt with such unprofessional associates in our entire life. In company communication was awful. The owner is a wimp for not calling and apologizing for all of the problems he left it up to the sales representative which was a completely confused man.

We just contacted this business to provide us with an estimate. The salesperson was more interested in finding out who else I had gotten estimates from and for how much, and talking negative about other blind companies rather than to provide me with information about the blinds. He could not find my house, and already was whining about being lost and having other appointments when he called for directions. He said that he would e-​mail an estimate, but we never received anything. We contacted the salesperson to find out what was happening with the estimate, and he said that he had sent it but maybe he had the wrong e-​mail, and would resend the estimate. We have not received anything. If a company wants to win my business, but is not able to provide a courteous salesperson or an estimate, how are they going to do a good job? Stay away from this business.

I was very happy with the blinds I received from Blinds for Less. My home has a quite a few windows (16) and I needed blinds for the entire house. I chose faux wood blinds for the bedrooms and roman blinds for the living room and dining room. I was actually quite impressed by the selection of fabrics and colors that Blinds for Less is able to offer in both the faux wood blinds and the roman blinds. I received several other quotes for blinds in a variety of price ranges/​quality, and I truly liked the Blinds for Less fabric choices better. Not to mention, I saved probably about $ 2000 going through Blinds for Less. I was able to outfit my entire home with custom blinds for less than $ 2400.

If I can give this place zero stars then I would. The test of a good company is when things go bad. I ordered defective blinds from this company and I worked with them for 3 iterations to get it right. After that I said enough is enough just give me a refund. They first agreed to do so and retracted after a few days. I wanted to speak with the ownder Dylan Acaylar but he would not return my calls and he would avoid talking to me one on one to resolve the issue. After getting tired of going through his Sales Reps who really cant do much for me. I disputed the charge to my credit card company. Yet during the entire process this company would send me blinds even if there is a dispute in process. I won the dispute and they still hired a collections agency to collect the money (even if I dont have the product). This company goes through sneaky tactics and if you want inegrity and honesty from a company, blilnds for less is not where u want to purchase.
