Pool design process was very smooth and the 3-​D rendering made it easy to see exactly what everything will look like in our yard.

My daughter contracted them to do her pool in May. They had the best design for her so she went with them. It has been a complete nightmare. Totally unreliable. Destroyed her fence and driveway. We understand the weather hasn’t been cooperative but on all the good days no one shows up. Missed at least 3 days before this tropical storm came in. She needed this to be done for my granddaughters 16th birthday party. Fingers crossed but we have no faith in them at this point.

Very unprofessional. After having one of their staff member completely ignore our request for a salt water pool design we had Clint come out a second time to measure our Home and help us.
After receiving our design we set up a meeting with him at his office to go over specifications. We spent over 2 hours discussing what we wanted and hoped to have. He promised to have a quote for us the following week as he was leaving out of town for Easter. After numerous emails we have yet to hear from anybody.
If this is how they treat clients prior to receiving our money how will they treat us if we give them any. Proceed with Caution.
