Houston Digestive Disease Consultants Billing Department — kept issuing me billing statements even after already paying them by check cleared by my Wells Fargo bank. Their last statement indicated 90 Days Past Due. They also do not provide an email address On their statement where I can forward a copy of this bill and a cleared check last 11÷15÷15(90 days ago) with the same Account # written on the memo line & billing amount of $ 28.xx. I tried to call today 1÷21÷16 for 3x at(713) 777‑2555 to clear this issue. For the last 2 calls, I spoke to an operator who routed me to Bookkeeping on recording & I eventually ended up leaving 2 voicemail messages. No return calls! This is why I’m communicating my concern thru Unilocal & eventually complain for bad billing practices. I hope this doesn’t negatively impact my credit report. Please call me. Don’t just keep billing me for the same amount, the same account by mail, with no way to get back at you.
