Houston iFix iPHONE Repair

Had two iPhone 6’s «glass» replaced. Less then a week later one of the screens have started to have issues that it wasn’t having before. My glass had been cracked for quite some time, but never had screen display problems. 3 days after taking my phone to this shop it’s not having issues with the screen such as showing inverted colors, faded screen and touch seems not work unless I lock/​unlock the phone. The shop wanted to charge me another $ 80 to have it repaired again. I work for a tech repair shop myself, but don’t have the specialization, parts or the time to repair my iPhone quickly, so I took it to somebody else. Troubling to see somebody who denies any fault in the repair process. I’ve replaced a full Macbook Pro screen for a customer after a repair who said there was a scratch on the screen they hadn’t seen before. Could have easily told the customer he picked up and everything was fine then, why are you coming back a week later blaming me for a scratch? I didn’t though, instead replaced it and comped the entire repair. Anyways, half of my repair investment here seems to be working ok. I’ll take the other phone to Apple and finish the job. 2 stars because one phone seems to be working without issue. By the way, the glass used to replace on the phones is knock off, seems to sit a little higher then factory. Not a deal breaker by any means for the savings you might get, but the fact that things seem to break quickly after the repair could be. Good luck

Great Service, replaced my wife’s 4S glass in about 30 minutes for $ 65 all in.
Courteous and fast. They are on the second floor of the mall closer to Burlington Coat Factory.
My only negative comment would be about Sharpstown Mall it is super sketchy now.

I cracked my phone so bad to the point where I couldn’t even slide it to unlock it, i was frantically looking for a place to fix my phone on a Sunday evening, I finally stumbled upon this place right before they closed and the guy told me he would fix my phone before they closed and he literally had my phone ready in less than 20 min, I was extremely satisfied, if I ever have the same problem I will for sure be back! Btw he charged me $ 80 to fix the screen and lcd on my iPhone 5s
