Friendly staff and they are good at following up about your appointment. They were also very fast at getting you in and out as quick as possible. I was a little peeved at first, because at first the lady I spoke to on the phone said they were right next to Memorial Herman Hospital, but really they’re about 2 miles north of I-​10. Still, even though I was 30 mins late for my appointment, they were very helpful and friendly and got me in and out quickly.
