Houston Recycle Center

We called the Houston Recycle Center on May 28 and asked if they would be able to come and pick up a broken washer and dryer. Brian offered to come that day but we had so much going on and asked if he could come by on Monday (Memorial Day). He readily agreed and we set up a pick up time of 9:00 AM. He arrived at 8:55 and it took him all of 10 minutes (at most). To load up the appliances and haul them away. He was polite, punctual and fast! The only reason I did not rate him a 5 is that I have not had to call anyone else for this type of service (though I have seen it advertised in several different places). I have donated items to other organizations and had to get on a pick up list that could stretch late into the following week — so his rapid response was greatly appreciated! :) If we need this type of service again, we will be calling the Houston Recycle Center.
