This review is a combination of the actual space but more of what the Houston Technology Center stands for. They are like an incubator space for technology companies. They help businesses advance what they have and move onto the next step in a successful business. HTC help with coming up with strategies for growth through fundraising and putting them in contact with the people they need to develop. HTC not only focuses on tech companies, but also work with the life sciences, energy and many more.
I love that these guys are around, so that businesses can start and flourish here, keeping money and talent in town.

For a young startup, it’s more than I could ask. There’s 24 hour card access, and a lot of grey matter in the building. My first month there I was able to connect to Tolarus Capital Advisors and get some good M&A information.
The lease is 6 months, and Stephen & Kendra were great to work with. When you setup shop you’ll be within walking distance of Christian’s Tailgate Bar, Buffalo Wild Wings, Which Which, Starbucks, Nit Noi, as well as 5 minutes of driving time to Mai’s!
You just cannot beat that level of awesomeness in a technology incubator. They’re sort of old school when it comes to granting capital though, and parking is really really tight. Please feel free to call or e-​mail for more details or reference at
