The product and service is good, the pricing is dishonest.
Many forms of bullying, a shell game for no reason.
They also sub contract and are not up front about many things.

Installed my garage door and when they left my garage door wouldn’t work after 2 uses. Had them come out to fix and wanted to charge me more money for another part (s) that were never disclosed initially. Customer service never Called us back. Decided to use Sears who are reputable. DONT USE This Company!!!

IF ONLY I could rate this company with negative stars!!! DO NOT USE this company. This is NOT the Overhead Door Company that has a stellar reputation, it’s only similar in name! First they were over two hours late coming out, then they don’t have a hurricane door in stock? In Houston??? Okay now it has to be ordered, informed the salesman that I wanted a door that was the equivalent to what was being replaced meaning a wind-​rated, insulated door with a handle and a lock. Installer shows up the next day with a door, not wind-​rated, not insulated and doesn’t even have a handle. So it takes three more hours of him leaving to go get the correct door. Comes back with a cheap door, still no insulation, no handle, no lock. Asked him to take the insulation off of the old door and install it on the new door. That didn’t happen, and the garage door opener did not get hooked back up. Have had them stand me up twice after the install to finish the job and most importantly make sure I have a wind-​rated door because this door looks so cheap I’m not convinced its wind-​rated. To add insult to injury they tried to charge almost $ 500.00 more dollars over the quoted price. STAY AWAY from this nightmare!

I called at 9:30 and was told my time frame would be 11 – 1. At noon I was called and told that they only have one tech in midtown and he goes to church so it’ll be another hour. At 1 I called and was told he’s 20 minutes out. At one thirty the tech calls that he’ll be there in 20 minutes. At 2:45 I’m on the phone with a manager, Trey, who is telling me they get behind on Sunday (apparently no church is involved) but since the guy was pulling up at that moment so I shouldn’t be unhappy. Damien claimed to have done a 25 pt safety inspection and stated the whole system needed replacing for $ 1217. I sent him away, called another service. They were out in 30 minutes and turns out a bottom roller escaped it’s track. He replaced the roller ball and all was well. Side note– when I asked Damien what the full name of his company was he told me GDS — Garage Door Service but this apparently not correct.

Absolutely disappointed in the customer service manager Brandon.
Paid a deposit on a Friday and was never contacted until I called and was on hold a long amount of time.
My scheduled time was a large open window which was not a problem, my issues came up when I was never called to inform me that the doors I was assured was in stcok is now out of stock and would be another 20 days… my installation time was June 23 rd… and now after they took my money (finally was refunded) I was told good luck finding a corporate representative to help me with my complaint…
Seriously a digesting practice. …

Very unhappy with the deceptive service that I received. The technician was not able to show me the part that was supposedly replaced. I would not recommend doing business with this company.
