I would give no stars if I could. I saw Dr. Husain, an ENT, on two occasions. Had I not been going back for a follow-up, I would have never stepped foot back in her office. She is a fine doctor and knows what she is doing; but, it doesn’t matter if you are so angry by the time you do see her because the ever-changing front staff doesn’t know how to do her job. Not doing her job resulted in me waiting nearly an hour after my scheduled appointment times because she didn’t take the time during the many hours prior to my appointment to verify coverage with my insurance company — despite telling me on the phone that she would call if there were any issues with the insurance. Completely inexcusable. And while I sat there waiting today, another staff member confronted her at the front desk and informed her that she had«verified» insurance for people as in network, who were actually seeing the doctor as an out-of-network provider — unbeknownst to them, since she had apparently«verified» it. Thus, said the other employee«you can’t now tell them that they are out of network if they come to the doctor.» Both front staff for the two appointments a single month apart(the girl was new a month ago, and this girl was new today) were utterly incompetent and incapable of handling the basic tasks. If you don’t have time to check on something right away, you write it down. You don’t wait until the patient comes in and get a deer in the headlights look in your face.
