IHOP

Visit 4-​29-​2016 this restaurant have horrible wait staff. A young African American lady took our order wrong, the cooks prepared great meals but wasn’t what we ordered! It was approx.6pm. We got our older and food was greatly fresh. What happens to the food she took down wrong? Well Lol I seen her gobble it down! She didn’t even wash her hands

Update: we went here a little over a week ago and the mildew smell was gone and the food was perfect.

Came here tonight after my dance show with probably 25 – 30 other people. We were all pretty excited, so I understand that a big group like ours can be annoying, kind of rowdy (not even) and hard to handle especially if there are a bunch of split checks, but come on. You chose to work in the restaurant industry… The least you could do is fake a smile and go pout somewhere else. Just because IHOP is a chain restaurant and you are working a night shift does not justify your bad attitude. Our waitress Bekah rolled her eyes, huffed and puffed, and made the nastiest faces right in front of everyone. Why are you even working at a place like IHOP if you can’t deal with customers? Our group was very polite. We said please and thank you’s and made sure not to aggravate her any more than she already was, but she continued to roll her eyes. I wouldn’t be surprised if she spit in someone’s drink before giving it to them. On top of that, since a couple of us arrived 15 minutes after everyone, our drink order was not taken for 30 minutes. In that 30 minutes I could’ve gone to get fast food like Whataburger, eaten my food, digested it, showered, and gone to bed. And don’t even get me started on our FOOD. My friend and I waited about AN HOUR for French toast and pancakes. Oh and she didn’t even end up getting her French toasts because they messed her order up and gave her pancakes. Seriously??? Isn’t that the easiest think you could make? I’m sure IHOP’s pancakes are like toaster strudels, just reheat frozen ones and add toppings. We were so sick of waiting (as everyone already paid and were getting up to leave) that we actually walked up to the hostess counter and waited another 10 minutes for them to finally give us our food TO GO. That annoyed me. If I wanted to go, I would’ve ordered to go. Thanks for asking. Okay I’m done ranting. This place is terrible and I will never come back here unless it’s morning time and I am dragged by my ears.

IHOPs are famous for their pancakes, and this location is no exception. Clean interiors, friendly staff, awesome pancakes and delicious egg dishes (even the egg white dishes are yummy!). A must go for pancakes or Egg lovers.

I went to ihop to pick up some food to go.
The staff there was the most friendliest service I have had all this year! I really appreciated their attention and it was even at the end of the day.
I plan to let their managers know what a great job they are doing!!!

Never go here in the evening. While you’ll easily find a seat with no wait, the evening crew is terrible. We arrived at 7:15 pm and we received our food at 8:15 pm and that’s only because we had to ask fur our food.
Desiree, our waitress, only came to our table when called for. The poor waitress in the next section helped us the most. (Thank you for that). Every person in her section that was seated after us, had finished their food before we even received our food.
The manager needs to re-​evaluate her evening staff. There is very little teamwork going on here. We will continue to come here but only in the daytime.

This is my second time being here. The first time they took forever to get our drinks and get our order. There were tables that weren’t cleaned up, still with the plates from the previous customers and they didn’t clean the floor. The second time was the same thing, but this time the manager was being rude to her coworkers. Very unprofessional specially in front of customers. Thy serve very little food on the plates. Don’t recommend coming here.

This is by far the worst ihop I have been too. I ordered the steak tips and eggs, took forever to receive my food, and then when I received my food, the meat was dry with no flavor at all.
Management is horrible here, you can actually hear the managers arguing with the waiters. One of the waiters even said the manager was mean. Out in public as well. I could tell this manager did not care much for customer service whatsoever. I will not be returning here. That I know for certain.

Really? Seated at 12am, waited for 10 mins to get coffee, got coffee but no silverware, it’s now 12:37…we just got our food.

Waited an hour for a table on 57 cent pancake night. That wouldn’t be so bad except that there were plenty of empty tables because there wasn’t enough waitstaff to handle the crowd. Inexcusable!

Today Ihop was a miss. It took awhile to get seated an older lady came over to help us because the greeter stated, «she wasn’t paying attention.»
The ladies bathroom toilet was in need of a little TLC! Not to mention it was a little unfresh in there.
Food: My bacon was old and stale tasting. My husband didn’t enjoy his omelette, it was under seasoned and the hash browns weren’t cooked all the way. On a happier note the pancakes were delicious.
The server was sweet but could’ve been more attentive.

I wanted to enjoy this place as it was my Holiday treat when I visited and I looked forward to the Holiday pancakes. My server just could not get it right, cold food, the wrong order.
After a great night of dancing and a good nights sleep all I wanted was an inexpensive HOT breakfast. It was not to be this Sunday Morning.

Very underwhelming but then again this is IHOP…
Ordered the chipotle chicken sandwich with a house coffee. The sandwich was very, very bland. The lettuce on the sandwich was wilted and old. The coffee was very watered down and tasted terribly.
I tend to avoid IHOP and I will continue to do so.

It’s IHOP so I’ll talk about food preparation and service. The menu hasn’t changed so you can still get breakfast, lunch and dinner anytime you want. The cooks have done a great job preparing my food as ordered. My eggs are true over medium eggs. It’s the small things that makes me smile. So far, the different waiters I’ve had have all been great. They have been attentive and my order has been correct every time. I like this location because it’s close to home and never crowded. I’ve never been here early in the morning on a Saturday, so I’m saying it’s never crowded when I show up. Overall it’s cool and I’ll be back… probably next weekend.

Our food was pretty good. Nothing fancy or special just what I would expect from an IHOP.
What did stand out was the great service from Levi. He gave us the best service I have ever had from any IHOP anywhere. He has a very warm personality and it feels like he really cares about his customers. If you are in the area grab a bite and ask for Levi.

Always consistent, hot food that tastes great. Love the coffee and the hash browns. Service is friendly and food comes quick but always freshly cooked.
It can get a little crowded on the weekends but that is expected. If you make it there by 8:30 on the weekends, you won’t have to wait.
Everything is good for breakfast from the eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, crepes… everything!
One word of advice I need to share though is make sure you are close to a properly functioning restroom after your meal. The food is delicious but all that grease requires an immediate run the bathroom afterwards. If you have been backed up for a couple of days, go to IHOP and get some bacon and eggs. That will do the trick for sure.
The bathrooms are not the cleanest so make sure you have another port of egress already picked out and primed as you will surely need to visit it post meal.

We ordered the Iced Mocha coffee and regular iced coffee and both of them were wayyy too sweet.
Service was good but food needs an improvement.
The crepes and fruit were okay, but just lacks any flavor and for $ 8 is overpriced.
I have to agree with another reviewer who said the restaurant smelled funny.

Came in at about 10:40pm on a Saturday, and their parking lot was packed so I thought they would be slammed. No such truth.
I walked in and stood by the greeting area for 2 – 3 minutes until the manager himself walks up with a bucket of silverware. He says hi, I respond in kind, and then he begins to UNLOAD THE SILVERWARE into the tub they keep it in… Completely ignoring the fact that I’m waiting to be seated, staring straight at him standing 2 feet away.
Finally he asked how many after the tub was empty, and I said just one tonight and he sat me. Then for 10 minutes easy no one came by and got my drink order or acknowledged me. The manager passed me behind the glass separator multiple times but ignored me. Then a waiter passes me, freezes, turns back and says «can I help you?» As if he just realizes there’s another person in his section.

Ordered tea. It was stale. Sent it back, and he says it will be 15 – 20 minutes to brew fresh. I said that’s fine, but he never offered water while I wait so I’m currently without drink.
I watched another table from his section walk over to where he was running a card, say ‘excuse me sir’, get ignored, and then after the waiter walked off he just got his own dang glass of water. I don’t blame him.
It’s been 20 minutes since I ordered and sent the tea back and I haven’t been spoken to once.
If you DO come here, get Mike as a waiter, he is sweet and funny. AVOID SURGE AT ALL COSTS. He’s obviously incompetent. As is the manager.
This is ridiculous.

I have to give it to these guys for tolerating a bunch of drunk people coming in at about 3am and ordering everything off the menu.
Thank you for your continued customer service and allowing said drunk people to eat despite said drunk people being obnoxious throughout the evening.
It wasn’t me… I was the dd for the evening. It was them… promise.
