Quality of food has really gone down here. Ordered fruit passion pancakes and this is not close to near what the picture looks.lol.brought me over cooked turkey bacon.

Sooo grossss! First as we are about to be seated I see a dead huge fly stuck to the seat. From there I knew it was downhill! As my son is getting situated in his seat he’s like mom I have an ant. I’m like oh kill it and as he turns his face I see another ant crawling on his FACE!!! I look up at the wall and there are any crawling all over! I’m so disgusted by now. Didn’t get to enjoy our bf.

Literally every time we come here we deal with the most inept people. I keep trying to give them a try because we love ihop, but I’m done. Thank goodness there is a Denny’s 2 blocks down.

Service ok. Food was really not up for the quality that we pay for. Pancakes were kind of dry, no flavor unless you drown it in syrup. Eggs were bland and needed pepper and salt. Spinach was old(had the tuscan scramble). Tomatoes were mushy. Red velvet pancakes were also bland.

Bad service. The male manager was very kind and considerate to us though. Me and 5 others waited 25 minutes at the register for our waitress and some other lady to figure out our split tickets and a woman yelled at us for not understanding. The printer at the front register doesn’t work so they had to run back and forth between the front and side register. Our split tickets were quite tricky but they managed to tell us we couldn’t split with a card and then when I needed change back for my cash it took her 10MINUTES to get it. It was quite ridiculous and inconvenient. Also, it is an INTERNATIONALHOUSEOFPANCAKES… HAVETHESYRUPSONTHETABLESLIKEALLOTHERIHOPSDO.

Truly horrendous service. If you come at night, prepare to spend all night here. Once we waited over an hour for our food. It isn’t much better during the day. If you come for a quick in-and-out meal you will be disappointed. Come with someone you can talk to for a couple hours. This isn’t just one time… I’ve been here numerous times, during different times of days, and its always the same…

Stopped by at 7:33 am for breakfast Manager talking to another employee at register and ignored us Not crowded so we asked if we seat ourselves A hostess finally showed up then to seat us I ordered the pumpkin pancakes She came back to inform me that it would be a 15 minute wait because they did not have the batter prepared for breakfast Lmbo really??? I blame their management for disorganization Ordered something else and it was decent Waitress, Maria, was good though

On Aug 1st, a Saturday morning, IHOP was packed(as expected), we went there for breakfast, took 30 mins to get a table, all was well till we we got a our food. We were about to eat and the waitress comes up asking if we had a black Nissan SUV, on replying yes. we were told our car had been broken into, all our belongings stolen… mind u from a packed parking lot, with no witnesses. The staff was unhelpful. Could not help us with any kind of security data, as there are no cameras, etc. So very appalling and disappointing. Never visiting this location again, maybe even IHOP altogether. The management and people are extremely disgusting. Can’t believe have to give it a star to post a review.

Service and food were horrible. The place was practically empty at 7 am and the service was very slow. When we finally got our order, we find out that they got the order wrong and they were out of avocados. Get home and guess what… diarrhea. Needless to say, I will NEVER return to this establishment. This has to be the worst IHOP.

The female manager sucks as a manager. We walked in and had to wait till she and another employee finished their conversation to be seated. They sat at a booth talking while they stared at us. We get seated and waited 10 minutes till someone came over to the table. All while the manager sat at the booth behind us with another employee talking and on the phone sharing pics. I have never had this problem with this location. I will say the night crew is way better than this morning crew. Never again will I come here during the day.

Very bad service. There weren’t a lot of people in the restaurant. It wasn’t that busy. We were finally sat down at a table that still needed to be cleaned. No one acknowledged us for over 10 minutes. Then a server cleaning the table adjacent to us asked if we’d been helped. We told her no she motioned to another server who just rolled her eyes. No one came over so we got up and left.

My food was great, the service here has never been great, even when they’re not busy. I was on the wait list and somehow about 3 couples that came in after me were seated, I went up there and my name was scratched out, apparently someone forgot or simply did not care. After seated I was waited on in a timely manner, ok I didn’t order anything complicated. I ordered an omelet with hash browns & the short stack pancakes. Got my omelet in a jiffy but no hash browns. My waitress said she would be bringing my pancakes, ok, waited & waited. I was almost finished with my omelet, the manager was walking by so I told her that I did not receive the rest of my order, she came back with rhe rest of my order. I got my ticket and it was wrong, I waited on my server/waitress to come by it was taking a while and the manager passed by again & I asked her to correct my ticket. I understand that they were/are extremely busy but it does not take that much effort to read and bring out all of my food together.

This place is awful the service is terrible. It took 10 minutes to be greeted, another 15 to get our drinks and our food came out all wrong. The manager is by the host stand texting and flirting with the hostess and not even trying to solve this huge mess of a dilemma that is this I hop. Never come here.

Usually this place is okay but today I was completely grossed out. On a previous occasion my order came after everyone in my group had eaten and it was wrong. Today, the waiter forgot to bring us straws and napkins. When my order came, I started chowing down and then tasted something funky. I opened my sandwich and found bacon. I don’t eat bacon for religious purposes and always make sure I tell them to hold the bacon. In this case the menu listing didn’t even have bacon! Anyway the dude apologized but had to check the menu first to make sure I wasn’t in the wrong. When my correct order came in, I had to tell the kid that I’m not paying for it. They really should’ve apologized profusely and been the ones to say it’s on them. I’m so grossed out. *puke*(I did spit it out and rinsed my mouth)

Breakfast for lunch. Not as good as breakfast for dinner, but oh well. I enjoy this local restaurant. Just your typical IHOP food. If you enjoy that and your in the area, it’s a good choice.

Usually I go near 7 pm and there is a young man who gives great costumer service and we always give him a great tip. I wish I could remember his name. Today we went in the morning, bad mistake. There’s a waiter with thick plastic glasses and let’s just say the skills are lacking. Don’t order the apple cider, please! What you will get I’d little packet of apple cider powder and hot water to stir in yourself. All that for $ 2.59, when a box of these packets cost $ 3 at Walmart. The waiter could’ve had the decency to stir it in himself. Huge disappointment!

Service is slow to nonexistent after you receive your order. Was disappointed when told you can no longer order orange juice by the pitcher. The meal was good, but hated the bill for omlette, waffles, hash browns, and two orange juices 30.00(ouch). Will eat in.

DONOTGOTOTHISIHOP!!! they have one of the worst wait staff ever who never checks up on you for refills or whatever it is that you need. you would have to literally chase after them if you needed anything. kind of reminds me of walmart. came in on a SLOW day and i still had to wait an hour before getting my food, and when the food came, it was cold and disgusting. i will never ever EVER return to this ihop even if my life depends on it.

Ihop is an ihop– what makes this so special? I have come to enjoy this place after becoming a regular with my classmates. This is a place for my classmates for us to study. We are welcomed there by the staff. The staff are great people and are very attentive yet know when to leave us alone to concentrate. The staff are wonderful people and really will make your time there enjoyable.
