I have experienced a very helpful staff except for an exchange with Robyn the General Manager. She was rude and had no ear or appreciation for a guest.

WHAT A NIGHTMARE! We were here for two weeks and had the WORST experience! First of all, we travel a lot and have our share of different hotels. But this is by far the worst! The rooms appear clean but are not cleaned well. Our comforter has cigarette burns and linens are stained(and are not changed often). When we had an overflowing toilet(yes, it occurred frequently to a point we had to buy a plunger), we had to buy a carpet cleaner and I swear, the water from that was black! Even if they use a vacuum, it appears to have not been carpet cleaned! Our rooms smelled of smoke and our bathroom vent doesn’t work! We have two babies and we asked them to change rooms or do something with the filter but nothing was done. After a week, we started to get sick from the allergens in the room. To top that off, each time the cleaning lady comes, she puts pillows and comforters on the ground! Having seen this(as she ordered me to stay outside for 30 mins with a one month old), we got our own blankets and pillows. Then on my last week, the fire alarm goes off and it is apparently«broken». Now, this is unacceptable because it’s both a health hazard and a safety issue. The sensorineural loss after 3 hours leads to long term damage. It is 1am, my kid is sick/nauseated from the piercing alarm and no one does anything about it(plus they just destroyed my one month old’s eardrums!). To add insult to injury, customer service is shoddy, never is available via phone or have very short office hours. I say save your time and money– go somewhere else! we paid more buying things to make our stay better and we should have invested in a better hotel.
