Dr Lloyd and the team at this office are all very friendly and professional. I’ve been a patient for 4 years and haven’t had a bad experience yet. I have ‘dentist anxiety’ (haha seriously) and he was very good about making it a not-​so-​scary experience.
When I first went to see him, I hadn’t been to a dentist for about 4 years. He jokingly gave me a hard time about it and then quickly and painlessly cleaned me up and got me on my way. I’ve not missed an appt since. They are very good with follow-​up, I might add.
He always seems to remember the last conversation we had, which is nice. Not sure if he leaves himself little notes or what… but it’s just a nice feeling.
He also is the first to recommend a less expensive way to do things. I was inquiring about bleaching and he ran through about 10 different options that were less expensive and got the same result.
