It is what it is… mid-priced average food with cleanliness problems. This place would have gotten 2 stars, but the unlimited salad bar gave them an extra star. Good things: 1. OK price if you want a quick meal for you and another person to share. It wont fill you up, but you will be content until you get home in a couple of hours. 2. Food is average. That is good because the food is not bad. 3. Plent of parking. 4. Lot’s of seating. 5. Salad bar has quite a bit of variety. Bad things: 1. The restaurant is dirty. Everywhere we went to sit, there were crumbs or food. 2. Salad bar does not get refilled and it is hard to tell things apart. No ingredients listed on the sneeze guard panel. 3. Service is relatively slow for the number of people working there. 4. Saw one of the sandwich makers wipe his nose with his gloved hand and proceeded to make a sandwich. I made sure he did not make my sandwich. If you are looking for a quick bite and do not care about the cleanliness of the restaurant, this is the spot for you.

BEST Jason’s, in all of Houston! WOW! The cooks, cashiers, managers, assistant managers, and ALL the employees go above and beyond for their clientele. This is the best Jasons in all of Houston and the surrounding area. They have a wonderful salad bar, wonderful, HOT, soups, and delicious sandwiches, with FRESH ingredients. They make it hospitable to individuals, couples, families, and kids! This is the BESTJASONS in ALL of HOUSTON, par none! Stellar, Jedi, level, management. This should be a training location Jason’s, just like FM1960 at Champions. Wonderful food, excellent, fresh, salad bar, and super caring staff, and management, par none!

This spot is my all time favorite place to tap into my heathy indulges. By far kid-friendly and nice place to socialize for family meetings and what not. We got 3 soups, a salad bar, kids bow tie pasta and meatballs and half sandwiches. Delicious and everything came out quickly to satisfy our hunger pains. I love how sweet the cashier was and the girls who brought us the food. That was new for a change here at this location. Prior experiences were not as pleasant. It’s a new year, so maybe they got through their employee evaluations and picked the bad apples out. Finally. The only reason why they scored 4 stars on my radar is although it is rather clean is that it smells. There’s a longer other than clean and food. So I just can’t stand it. Maybe it is just today, but other than that it’s a great place for lunch!

Of all the options in the area, Jason’s Deli provides a more healthful menu but for a little extra in cost. It’s not quite a restaurant or a fast food joint, a café is close but it’s big enough for a high school basketball team to dine-in after a game. They make everything fast, like their veggie wrap with mushrooms, mozza, pico and spinach. I get carried away with their salad bar, not gonna lie. Children have a menu that’s palatable. You’re not necessarily allowed to stand in front of the ice cream machine to block or hide it, but if you do it doesn’t mean your child won’t figure it out. No is a hard word, near profane at times, especially when they eat all their food first and you know they’re only behaving to get the ice cream, not because they love you.

The customer service for deliveries from this restaurant just sucks. I placed a small order two hours in advance and they called to tell me the order would arrive TWOHOURS after requested delivery time. As teachers we only have a short, specified lunch time. The manager on duty told me that if I didn’t like it, I was welcome to cancel the order. Obviously I did and this will be the last time I order from there.

I’m not a real huge fan of JD. I came on a whim because I could not find the other restaurant that I had originally wanted to eat at. I didn’t see very many appetizing vegetarian recipes and settled on a grilled cheese and tomato soup. The grilled cheese wasn’t great, but the soup was amazing. It was busy and not exactly the most clean either.

Sooo delivery is an additional $ 7AND you have to order at least $ 25 worth of food before tax. Whoa! That’s a bit much considering most people live within close vicinity if ordering from this location. Anywho, I placed an order to-go of the seafood gumbo and the stuffed baked potato. It took about 5 min to make. The baked potato was good(especially the grilled chicken) but lacked some seasoning. The gumbo was also pretty good, although I did add some hot sauce lol. They seemed to have a broad selection of sandwiches and I hear they have a great salad bar so I’ll def return to try some. This seems like a good place to study or get some work done away from home. It was pretty quiet and very clean.

Clean, fast, and pretty delicious! I had the turkey wrap(390 calories) with a cup of chicken noodle soup(too salty). I picked up gingerbread muffins(90 calories each) and cornbread muffins(70 calories each). I ended my meal with yogurt and Graham crackers. I would get everything again except for the chicken noodle soup.

3.5 stars Love this place but delivery takes way too long(especially when I’m ordering just soup or salad most of the time) and too expensive when I live less than a mile away. Okay when I call in and pick it up.

Came in for salad during lunch hour and it was pretty packed. They have a big salad bar with a good selection of vegetables and dressing. The veggies were fresh and they had a good assortment. I would say it’s a little above a regular salad bar, but with a good price.

Close to the house so we go often. Salad bar is amazing. So fresh, with many options. The thousand island dressing is amazing. Have to get a ice cream for desert.

Second time coming here and I am absolutely satisfied! I got the chicken salad with pineapples on a croissant. The croissant was so buttery and flaky. The pineapples and nuts in the chicken salad gives it texture and the taste is so refreshing. I also got the Strawberry Shortcake and it is to die for. it is right across the street from my work place so I’m definitely going to be coming here more often!

I love Jason’s deli but I refuse to come to this location anymore because it is always so damn dirty! The silverware is never completely clean. The cups are never clean. There is ALWAYS a cart of leftover, half eaten food around me while I try to eat my meal. I don’t expect 5 star service by any means considering it is a fast casual restaurant but omg, please do a more thorough job of cleaning your establishment. If you are not going to properly dispose of people’s food then please put trash cans all over your facility and start serving your food in some type of disposable container. Serve plastic ware if you are not going to clean dishes properly. My last time there was so disgusting I swore I would never go back which sucks because I enjoy Jason’s deli way more than panera bread.

The lady at the register was very nice and helpful. UNforuntaley their computer system was down so she was having an issue running my card and told me to go ahead and sit down and when I was done eating come back up to pay. Food came out — it wasn’t very good. It wasn’t that it was cold or made incorrectly — just didn’t taste good. While eating I had 2 people walk by my table to remind to pay which I thought was kind of rude because I had already been informed. Offered to give them both my card while I finished eating but they acted like that wasn’t necessary — but it was necessary to remind me twice? Whatever — so I went back up and paid and left. Wont be going back just because I don’t like their food.

My boyfriend and I love coming here! We decided to try it after school a couple of weeks ago, and we didn’t want to pay Panera’s heavy prices for small portions. I had already heard this place was good and this location is the nearest to me, so why not give it a go? First time I ordered the chicken Alfredo, and my boyfriend got some sandwich and broccoli cheddar soup. The Alfredo is a great portion, much bigger than I thought it would be but it was super delicious regardless. I didn’t get a bite from my bf’s sandwich but his soup was super good! We came back again and I got the grilled cheese and tomato basil soup special — so happy I did! This place is really awesome and it’s been clean every time we go. Our food comes out at a reasonable time, even during lunch(which is probably their peak during the day). Panera Bread who?

Only ever get the salad bar but it’s by far my favorite salad. There’s a lot of variety on the bar. Other food looks good though. Friendly service, nothing out of the ordinary but it’ll do.

40 minutes for a cup of soup!!! We ordered a Chicken Pot Pie Soup and a French Onion Soup and it took over 40 minutes to come out. Boyfriend asked the manager about the soup and she immediately went looking for the order. «Oh…it should’ve gone out». Sorry, it didn’t. She ended up comping our whole meal and gave me my soup rightaway! Our main meal was actually the salad bar which, I really liked! I love their trail mixes at the end of the line and the mini gingerbread muffins are my favorite! This place seemed really busy, especially for their to-go orders. Other people that had ordered sandwiches or items from the menu waited at least 20 minutes for their orders. So if you REALLYREALLY must have Jason’s Deli, here, it’s a long wait.

The staff is friendly and I like to-gos from Jason’s deli. I prefer carry-out than dining in at the deli. The takeout orders some how taste and look better. The only good thing about dine in is the ice cream! It’s not the best ice cream but fairly good! I always get the Amys Turkey O or the Chicken panini. The seafood gumbo is ok. I didn’t enjoy it as much. I will stick to Capt Toms for gumbo. Overall experience is 4⁄5.
