I would never do business with them. Sarah the property manager should be fired for her lack of customer service. I called to inquire about one of the properties and I was rudely told thanks for calling and hung up on without receiving any valuable information. Stay away from this property management company and Sarah!

I had a bad experience and would not do business with them again.

I would like to thank Jet All for allowing INCREDIBLY LOUD construction to be done during business hours. Throughout the business day, we are graced with loud hammering, drilling and extremely loud crashes. Not only is this causing numerous headaches from my colleagues, but it makes it incredibly difficult to have phone conversations with clients… and is quite embarrassing during meetings. If you want your business disrupted, go ahead and get into business with Jet All. They DO NOT CARE when you bring matters like this to their attention. Oh and if they try and sell you the «renovated designs» displayed on the ground floor, be warned. They have already deviated from the initial design and its apparent what has already been done is quite shoddy.
The elevators are in such terrible shape that numerous people have been stuck in them, myself included. Finally, they enjoy putting stickers on your vehicles if they believe you have parked in guest parking. That’s right. They actually place stickers on cars and love making people remove them with massive amounts of Goo Gone. STAY AWAY FROM JET ALL.

MY EXPERIENCE LIVING AT THEIR PROPERTY…
They don’t take care of their tenants as well as they should. I was told that my apartment would be cleaned and ready for me by the move-​in day yet when I moved in there was mold in the bath tub, mold on a part of the ceiling, two windows that had missing pieces and now I have a leaky ceiling. They have fixed some of the problems, but those problems should have been fixed prior to the move-​in date.
I would not recommend signing a lease with this company.
