Jiffy Lube

Visited on a Sunday an hour before closing and despite there being two cars in front of me, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The service was great, everyone was very friendly.

Awesome fast service and was promptly served and given discounts to get my oil changed at less then competitors.

Had a couple of good experiences here but my last trip for an inspection resulted in Marcus yelling and cussing and telling me he didn’t care for my business. This was the result of a windshield wiper that they replaced because they claimed the existing one was broken; however they could not produce the original they claimed to be broken. Marcus told me he threw the old one in the dumpster, to which I said — well get it and show me. He replied «go climb in the fu**ing dumpster and get it yourself».

I’ve gotten my car and girlfriends car serviced here several times. They have always been courteous and efficient. Highly recommended.

If you like being ignored come here, I came in and spent the better part of 10 minutes waiting to be acknowledged by someone. Several employees walked in and out and didn’t say one word to me. Finally as I was about to walk out, an employee walked in again and I turned around and looked at him, but he STILL didn’t say anything to me. At that point I just walked out. That didn’t exactly set a good precedence for quality care or good customer service. I will never go back to that location again.

They get a star for actually changing the oil. Didn’t put the air filter back together correctly and caused me a trip to my regular mechanic because service light came on.

First time here. Actually standing in the waiting area but felt compelled enough to give these gentleman props.
I’ve been looking for an oil place since moving to Houston and I think I found it.
No fuss type of place. They didn’t hassle me about extra products. They instead asked me for my opinion as to what I thought I wanted today. Very refreshing.
Watching these guys work and they seem to have a great camaraderie and appear very hard working.

Recommend this place hands down. One of the few times I’ve not felt nervous walking into a new auto care shop.

Great service and great people at this Jiffy Lube! They explain everything and explain it again if I need that. We have taken all of our cars here since these current owners bought this location. They have always exceeded expectations and are always nice — no matter how busy they are. Most times I can just drive in and get serviced but occasionally I have come at extremely busy times and had to wait. The wait is never long and the staff stays nice through it all. We will continue to bring our cars here and refer others.

These folks had me in and out for an oil change in about 15 minutes and in that time took care of topping off fluids, changing my A/​C filter, cleaning the windshield and flipping over an inspection sticker I put on upside down. Everyone was friendly and professional.

They are quick and thorough and the staff is friendly enough. I told them I had a jiffy lube coupon that I had bought, and they told me to wait until check out to show it to them. At check out they said they couldn’t honor the coupon at that location. Would have been nice to know before receiving the service; especially since I asked about using it.

Looked up on Unilocal areas near my daughters apartment and found Jiffy Lube on S Shepherd.
Everyone gave rave reviews and I will verify that the experience they describe was accurate. Fast and friendly. No hard sells except what you need.
I will be sending my daughter back as she needs service. I feel they can be trusted and will treat a college student fairly and honestly.

YES. I know little to nothing about cars, and as a single woman who takes my vehicle in to get fixed up, I get SO annoyed when mechanics/​sales people try to penny pinch and tell me that things are wrong with my car, overcharge, etc.
Went in for a simple oil change. Called ahead and they quoted me, told me there was no wait, and to come on by. Staff was all ready to go when I got there, and another car pulled up at the same time. They got us both in and out in about 15 minutes. Staff told me that I needed to have 2 of my A/​C filters replaced as well, and I knew they weren’t BS-​ing me because I was told this about 8 months ago. He showed me the filters to prove how filthy they were, and I gave him the OK to switch them out.
Spent about $ 100 total for the oil change and filter replacements. They also vacuumed my car and cleaned the surface, filled my tires (including my spare) and were so quick. Definitely recommend this place!
Make sure you check their website for a coupon first too — They always have offers available!

Found on Unilocal!Called for the price (gave accurate estimates), asked on the wait time (they said about 20 minutes if I came then). Easy to get to. Was in and out in under twenty minutes. Guy at desk was nice and helpful when selecting the appropriate oil. Guys in the garage were nice.

I know… I know… It’s Jiffy Lube and they hire any dummy in the world. Obviously don’t do anything BUT get an oil change here and obviously don’t fall for any tricks for extra cost. Took 12 minutes total and did just an oil change. DO NOT TAKE YOUR LUXURY CAR TO GET AN OIL CHANGE HERE. I feel like if that’s not said bad things will happen.
If you have a regular car and just want regular oil, just save yourself the trouble and get it done here.

Very helpful team at this Jiffy Lube. I needed an inspection. They gave me a time and everything was ready exactly when they said it would be. Everyone was polite and helpful. I would definitely go back to this location again.

This was my first visit to this Jiffy Lube, I am impressed and I will be coming back! I was immediately greeted as I pulled up and told where to go. I was only inside for a few minutes before called to discuss the service that was going to be done to my car and to choose the oil, etc. The guy also told me that he also fixed the dent in my bumper (for free)! I have had that dent for months and no one has ever offered to fix it; he said he just popped it out! After the excitement wore off, he told me I could go sit back down and they would let me know when my car was ready. I sat down and easily connected to the Jiffy Lube Free wifi, which is great for anyone who wants to get work done while they are getting they car looked at. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to do much more than connect because in no time at all, my car was done! The man at the desk, who also greated my when I pulled up, called my name, and with great detail, told me exactly what they had done to my car, which included vacuuming! I showed him my teacher discount card and received 15% off of my service. I was asked to donate three dollars to Muscular Dystrophy and graciously accepted because of the ease of service provided by Jiffy Lube. I was handed a coupon book as well as my receipt and was on my way.

I had an oil change here on a Monday morning, and from start to finish it took 16 minutes.

Sold a bike for $ 400 cash. Counted it twice. Put cash in glove compartment to deposit. Mistakingly went to Jiffy Lube first. Deposited cash the next day, only $ 300 was deposited. Double checked by bank.
Jiffy Lube employee stole $ 100 right from my glove compartment. Do NOT go to this location. Unbelievable.

Fast friendly service each time I’ve been by for an oil change.
They don’ push too hard for the up charge options, and for the most part, are fairly honest with what really needs to be replaced.
Prices are around what you’d expect for the convenience fee of not doing it yourself and having it done quickly.
If you want a simple turnkey place for oil change and inspection, this should be a good one to check out.

Came in today to get my inspection sticker. Although the place looked very busy I was in and out within 20 minutes. Great customer service!
Very friendly service with a smile! I even asked if he wouldn’t mind adding my registration sticker on as well he was happy to do both for me!
Inside is very clean and there’s aTV and magazines to keep you entertained while you wait.
I’ll definitely remember this place when needing service.
