I used to order from here at least once a week, and not just a sandwich, SEVERAL sandwiches so the staff knows me, where I live and even what I order. However, my recent experience with them made me realize I will never EVER order from them again. The long and short of it, the customer service was completely horrid, so bad that I CANCELLED my order in the middle of my giving them my card number. Also, the last time I ordered delivery, the driver reeked of pot and the smell seeped into my bag :/so basically I had a pot infused sandwich that I couldn’t even finished eating.

This was my first time having jimmy johns… I was craving a sandwich for lunch and didn’t have the stuff to make it at home…
I decided upon jimmy johns because it is close to my dialysis center and it supposed to be freaky fast…
Before heading to this location I looked at the menu online so I would be prepared for when I order. I decided upon the 8in turkey Tom… I also got a bag of bbq chips and a pickle to go with it…
I took the sandwich Togo because I had my dialysis appointment. When I finally got the chance to eat I was disappointed. My sandwich was sad looking… It was very skinny and the lettuce was brown and wilted… The pickle was bigger than I expected I would suggest if you get it to get it cut in ¼s… The chips were pretty good too… I think they’re kettle cooked or whatever…
For how much I spent ($ 9.30) I kind of expected a heartier lunch… I am still a bit hungry… Oh well chalk It up to experience… Will probably never return to this chain… Maybe for a pickle

The fact that it is placed right outside of a gym makes this location pretty awesome. I like to get a loaded turkey sandwich after a work out session. They have a variety of cold sandwiches and are pretty unique than say a subway. I recommended trying it if you are into sandwiches
