Jimmy John’s

I’d prefer to give them 2.5 stars. This place is crazy. Everytime I order I wonder if I’m going to get dr. Jekyl or Mr. Hyde. Honestly, jimmy johns in general makes a decent sandwich, and service is pretty quick. I prefer them to subway. But THIS location drives me nuts. Sometimes it’s 15 minutes, other times it take 2 hours and multiple phone calls. I’ve been giving soggy smashed up sandwiches that mush have been rolling around in the trunk. I’m not sure what is going on with this location. Everyone is always apologetic and courteous when things go wrong, but somehow someone there at that location thinks that they should make all the sandwiches and deliver them all at once or something.
Today’s order went well. Except they for got the Italian dressing, so it was dry. And the guy took 10 minutes to get through the gate… I’d say at some point just call me and I’ll come meet you.

The employees at this location, in my opinion, needs to take a class on English comprehension. I told the cashier NO lettuce… they made the sandwich with lettuce. They then remade the sandwich, in which, I told them ONLY Dijon. The people then made the sandwich with Dijon. They say third time is a charmer. I did not stick around to see what frustration the third time would have brought on, so I declined the sandwich and the, I suppose manager, refunded my money. She just started playing with computer and then just handed me the receipt by having said «here you go». I had no idea what she had done until I read the receipt… CRAZY! Jimmy Johns… Never again!

Ordered online and was missing items in my order. When I called the manager to refund the items I was missing (chips and a pickle) I was told that the person who picked it up was in charge of getting those items and that he couldn’t refund my payment. Poorly run. Poor customer service.

Every time I go here for lunch — not one person is rude. Actually everyone is overly nice! Always greet me and tell me to have a nice day when leaving. The #2 is good which is all I’ve ever ate there. Will definitely be back!

I stopped here today after my boyfriend recommended it. I picked both of our lunches up to go, and when I ordered I showed the cashier the text I was sent with two specifications. No mayo, add mustard. Of course I didn’t want to check the sandwich especially after handing the guy my phone, so I brought it directly to my boyfriend and there were the two things that I specified to not have. Unfortunately he had to go to work so he couldn’t correct it.
I will say the workers were nice and fast like they claim to be, but it was so annoying to deal with hwy 6 and all the traffic just to pay for something I didn’t ask for.

This was my first time at Jimmy John’s and I was not impressed. The menu was somewhat regular and the Bootleggers Club that I ordered was nothing great. In fact, they made it wrong and I asked for no tomatoes. After seeing the prep put tomatoes on the sandwich, I told him no tomatoes and the cashier said the same thing. Well when I got home and opened my sub, there were tomatoes on it. Really??? I will not return!
