Jos A Bank

After leaving another Jos A Bank for being completely ignored, we were expecting the same treatment when walking in here.
Not the case. The assistant manager, Kaleb, greeted us immediately and was very helpful and knowledgable. We are definitely getting our groomsmen suits here for our April wedding.

After my visit to this Jos. A Bank in Meyerland I promised the store associates I would write them a review and I’m keeping my word!
After the long and painful process of renting a tux from the Men’s Warehouse in Meyerland last year for prom, my boyfriend decided he wanted to purchase one this year. Because of my shopping expertise and for emotional support I joined him on a quest for a quality tux at a decent price. We went to K&G Warehouse, which did not have the size or the customer service we were looking for. After, we decided to try men’s warehouse one more time and after looking at the only two tuxes they had and their large pricetags, he was a bit discouraged.
Then, long story short, someone encouraged us to try Jos. A Bank because they had heard they give pretty good deals. When we walked in we were immediately greeted by one of the sales associates, James Lee. He was very friendly and extremely helpful. My boyfriend and I were taken aback after just having a conversation of how good customer service is hard to find these days. After communicating we were interested in purchasing a tux James Lee happily presented us with all of the different styles they had and the different price ranges. (Btw, Jos. A Bank does rent tuxes too!) Unlike the other tux stores we went to that day, they actually had his size and it fit like a glove. Since my boyfriend nor I have experience shopping for men’s tuxes I was very pleased to find that Lee answered many of my boyfriend’s common sense questions while remaining friendly (unlike some of Men’s Warehouse’s condescending employees).
Not only did my boyfriend find a tux that we both loved, he also got a VERY good deal (I’m talking somewhere around half off!!) considering the excellent quality of the tux he purchased.
Although James Lee was the main representative helping us, the tailor and other associates were also very helpful and friendly. Needless to say, my boyfriend and I were completely WOWED by the customer service and selection at this Jos. A Bank. Please don’t waste your time at other suit stores like my boyfriend and I did.
