Stay away!!! This was a horrible place to rent a bounce house! I ordered the frozen 5 obstacle bounce house with water slide for my daughters party. When I placed the order I made sure it would be there and set up by 11:30. The party started at 12. I called 3 times to verify this since they did not send me a confirmation email ever. So at 11:30 when they had not shown up, I was already disappointed. Mind you, they give you a 2 ½ hour window, so it’s not like it’s a small time frame. No call or anything about where they were. I was in the phone with a manager who was nice and understanding. He offered to call me back with a compensation plan for the inconvenience. When they arrived, they wanted full payment. I called back and spoke with a different manager. Her name was Rebecca and she was the meanest person I’ve ever spoken with!!! After telling her what happened, she said I was «that type of person. Trying to get out of paying for entertainment.» And that I needed to «tend to my party and mind my own business.» (this is me tending to my party and my business””). She was yelling at me over the phone and told me «good luck with anyone helping you. You’re ridiculous. And you can either pay the bill or we will take it. Do you want the bounce house or not?» She’s a jackass. It’s our entertainment. Obviously I want it. the party has started and people were ready to jump. She also accused me of being a liar when I told her I never received the confirmation email. Why would I lie about that? Lol. I got the number of the owner and called him the next business day. He said she clearly was stressed. And he’s gonna give her the weekends off. (which sounds like a reward to me!) so clearly no one gave a damn about This service. Instead of offering to reimburse me some like the first manager offered, he said he would give me a discount next year– not sure how I’d be stupid enough to go back another year though.
The bounce house itself was good. But the terrible customer service overshadows that tremendously.

I rented a dunk tank for a fundraiser to support Alzheimer’s and dementia patients. We spent more time trying to fix the dunk tank then actually raising money for people who SUFFER with this disease. On the lease agreement it says if you have any problem to call on the day of rental, well after you sit on hold for over five minutes and have a huge function going on you figure you will just notify the driver when they pick it up. On the lease agreement it says it would be picked up between 3−4pm needless to say they did not show up until after 6pm. The function ended at 3 and I had to empty the tank before I finally left at 5:30pm for liability purposes. I called on Monday 5-​11-​2015 and was treated as if they could care less. I wasn’t looking for a refund, I could of used at least an apology. The company had already paid for the dunk tank and we host many events throughout the year so I was trying to notify them of their faulty equipment so moving forward this wouldn’t happen, but they seemed to care less. I am highly disappointed! REFERENCE # 800 593 IF ANYONE CARES!

They were on time to set-​up and pick-​up. Great value! And the kids loved the obstacles inside! Would recommend!
