Very Shady!
We were interested in a property that was up for sale and Rene from Keller Williams was «apparently» an agent for the property. We negotiated the price and every minor detail for about two weeks and finally agreed on a price (apparently by the seller too). On the final day of the signing the contract, we were notified that the person was no longer the listing agent and all the hassle, and stress we had for the last two weeks was a wasted effort.
I even tried to contact Keller Williams to ask for their response but they conveniently chose to ignore. I would never ever do business with anyone associated with this company!

I don’t know know how they got my e-​mail address, but I’m getting marketing from this business even though I live in Boston and I’ve never even contemplated living in Texas. A business that has to resort to spam to find customers does not seem very trustworthy to me, I would avoid them.
For what it’s worth, in my real estate adventures in Boston, I’ve found it much easier to find and rent apartments on Craigslist than have an agent on either side. No one has to pay a commission and you can see anything you’re interested in and not just whatever «inventory» the agent has selected.

I began the process of selling my Home and renting it about a year and two months ago. Of course I decided to choose a Realtor (Prudential Gary Green — Lynette Lew) For an entire year my house would show and I would get no responses from either a sell or a lease. My contract with Ms. Lew finishes on February when ANGELA JOHN swept my family of our feet. Angela a very professional hard worker always looking for the interest of her clients assisted us to get back on the Market. Two months after Angela became our Realtor and a push here and push there and a shove everywhere the house got a leasing contract. This magnificent person with the skills to get things done in this Realty Market put smiles on our faces. It is a pleasure to recommend her.
