I have purchased over 10 Kenneth Cole watches, and they are great. Nice clean store with helpful staff.

It was a crazy busy Saturday and I was bringing a return. Saturday at the Galleria is as busy as a beehive. I hate bringing things back, the hassle of it all but I didn’t want to leave another unworn dress in the closet. The shame burns a hole in my wallet.
So I walk in and I was greeted and one of the salesperson (maybe manager). He remembered my transaction from a month ago! He said hello while working with another customer and then another salesperson was helping me at the register. When he was done with the first customer he took over to complete the return without being prompted by the cashier but the transaction was smooth like butter. The return was cordial and hassle free.
In my previous experience, they gave great service. This bubbly sales girl was quick to tell me where all the best deals were. There was no signage outside but she was excited to show me the clearance rack and I must say, the discounts were impressive. But I didn’t find anything.
She told me if I spent $ 200. I’d get $ 50 off. Another unadvertised promotion. I found 2 super cute shoes but didn’t have my size. So she had 2 guys calling other stores to find them. And helped me find a hot pink racerback dress (that I would later return. Decided it was too flashy for the occassion). Subtotalled a little over $ 300 and I got an unexpected $ 100 off! Yay! It was like buy 2 get one free! LOL Comfortable shoes, neat dress and great service. And the return process was just as friendly as the purchase. Thank you for making it a great shopping experience from beginning to end.

The Kenneth Cole store at the Houston Galleria have great assistances who offers pleasantly memorable customer service, and the atmosphere overall is friendly. I’d recommend anyone to stop by here if they are looking for good recommendations to buying new attire for any casual or special occasion.

Meh, I’ve experienced better. It often feels like more of a Men’s store, which is fine, but the window displays get me excited until I begin to try things on. Clothing is often too fad-​ish or just limited. Also, the staff is quite pushy, and I don’t like that. As soon as I pick up to look at something, a staff member will appear out of the blue and say «that’s really cute! I’m a fan» or something along those lines. My internal dialogue is interrupted and without thinking, I’m automatically compelled to return the article of clothing to the shelf or rack. Sign. I do own a dress from Kenneth Cole, which I bought about a year or two ago, and it’s pretty great. But, every other time I’ve been here, the experience has been less special. It is, however, a great place to purchase a gift card for family members who don’t usually shop there.. . specifically, family members who enjoy menswear.
