My overall experience was decent however Dr. Renney was in such a rush and his condescending demeanor made me feel very uncomfortable. I gave him two stars because the diagnosis was okay however the experience made me never want to see him again.

I saw Dr. Renney and his team for PNE and they were helpful in giving a diagnosis and getting me into their program but as someone suffering, scared and in a lot of pain, his gruff demeanor made me very uncomfortable and misunderstood. I had hoped because he has suffered from PNE that he would be able to develop more compassion for his patients.

Dr. Renney also has an office in Sugar Land, address: 1201 Brooks Street. If you need a sports medicine orthopedic surgeon, give Dr. Renney a shot! The wait is a bit long here and I initially found Dr. Renney’s attitude a bit unsettling. Dr. Renney has a very brisk, take-no-sh*t personality… definitely not your family pediatrician. However, if you can get past all that(he even cracked a smile on my third visit!), he definitely knows his stuff. I had gone to a few orthopedic surgeons before Dr. Renney, and none of them were able to pinpoint both my problem AND a solution to it. My knee hasn’t felt this good in years, and it’s all thanks to Dr. Renney!
