They don’t care about their patrons. One of the most disrespectful, not caring about the customers at the counter nor in the lobby. One guy behind the counter wearing shades for no reason, and per the GM, «He wants to look cool.» Really? The GM is okay with an employee wearing while handling food. He, the employee, also kept removing his shade off and on his eyes while wearing gloves and never changing them before handling food.

If they had a negative I would give them that. Rude employees who don’t care at all about their customers. Manager could careless on who is waiting. I will be calling corporate.

Let’s see. I came by here just to get a quick lunch to go. This KFC didn’t open until 10:30 am and I was there around 10:25 am. No biggie. I could wait a little bit. At least, the chicken would be fresh, right? The doors opened on time. However, once inside, nothing was ready. The chairs were still on the table. The chickens(or anything, really) wasn’t ready. Pretty much, this place wasn’t ready to open for business. I was told that it was going to take the chicken another couple of minutes to be ready. HOWEVER, since the registers weren’t turned on yet, it could take another 10 — 15 minutes for the system to be up and running. Let’s just say I didn’t want to wait and jetted out of there. Note to management. DURING your business hours, you need to have everything up and running. Just because you’re open at 10:30 am, it doesn’t mean that you’re opening the doors at 10:30 am ANDTHEN prepare everything else that needs to be done to run the business. EVERYTHINGNEEDSTOBEREADY by opening time. This means the chicken should be ready, the registers should be up and running. The dining area should be ready for people to dine in. Such a disappointment. But I guess I can’t really expect much from a fast food chain, huh?
