I don’t know about the previous review, but I’ve had nothing but good experiences here. I feel motivated to write a review of a KFC for the first time by the exceptional service I got today at this location. The food was ready quickly and it was the most moist/​least greasy KFC I’ve ever eaten. Very tasty indeed. However, my prime appreciation is reserved for the workers, especially at the drive thru window: friendly, smiling and highly professional. Keep it up, guys, you’re doing a fantastic job!

Worst KFC ever! It took 23 minutes in the drive through line just to get to the window. Once at the window, I got no apology until I asked for the manager’s name — which they wouldn’t give me. I was polite about it all. In fact, I wasn’t really mad until I got home to a wrong order — someone else’s order. I even confirmed it at the window, and it was still wrong. Ugh. I’ll never return.
