I am a member of American Home Shield, a home warranty company, and Kintex Plumbing was dispatched to my house because we had water standing next to the house. Previously, another company had been sent out and told us the water softener drain was the problem; which, after fix, was not the problem. The tech from Kintex, Trevor, took one look at it, told my wife it was the water softener and told her he could not help her and that there would be no charge for the trip. Now, AHS is trying to collect $ 125.00 from me for that trip, which I will pay to bring my account into good standing. I called Tammy at Kintex this morning and she said they only collected (or will collect when I pay) $ 75.00. Something is real fishy here.

I wish i could give Kintex 10 stars. I called on a friday afternoon. The owner came the next morning, within the time window they gave. He addressed our leak within an hour and his price was so reasonable, i thought i was hearing things. (Another company was going to charge us $ 175, just to send someone out, kintex charged less than half of that for the repair.)
