My first time in this place. I got my state inspection done. They got me in and out in 15 minutes. They even fill in my tires because it was running low.
I like this place is convenient along Westheimer. The place looks clean. Service is not too bad.

Waited for a very long time after one of the employees had already changed the oil. He said he had to do one more thing, but didn’t say what. Another worker came over and messed with my car but then walked away. I sat for about ten more minutes and then watched as the first employee returned with some food and drinks for the rest of the crew, then he handed me my keys. Over priced and terrible service.

Drove up, no one around. No one inside. Waited 5 minutes watching TV. A guy in a white shirt eventually walked downstairs. Asked if I needed something, the question and the lack of employees caught me off guard and I stuttered out «Ya, oil change». Without another word, he just walks out — goes into the garage bay area and disappears. No oil change for me today. Saw another guy as I was walking out to my car and started driving away. With so few people and no one actually attentive to customers, maybe they are going out of business?
