Place deserves a negative rating. Took my car in for an oil change and had them run a diagnostic. Needed an O2 sensor changed and they told me they would do it there. Recommended I get the parts online. They supplied the part numbers and the parts were $ 250 less online than their quote. However when we brought the car in to have them do the work they tell us we ordered the wrong part. We asked how the part could be wrong as it was the part number they provided, and immediately one of the guys got defensive about how we wanted to blame them when we were being cheap. Told them they were the ones who had advised us to get he parts online and he just went on yelling. He was incredibly loud and rude, saying it was because we wanted to cut corners. Continued to yell and insist it was our fault. We weren’t looking to argue, just wanted to figure out what part we needed. This guy was horrible and the rest of the employees just let him yell across the counter at us. Rude, horrible people. Actually told us he didn’t need our business he has plenty of customers. Will never go back, and will do my best to keep others from going here. A terrible experience, I would go anywhere else but here.

Absolutly the worst customer service — They told us the part to order, we ordered it and then they put the blame on us. The manager immediately became hostile saying we were blaming him when all we were trying to do is figure out what happened and the correct part to order — DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!!

Also nervous going here after a bad oil change experience last time. But these guys are great very friendly and fast. They had me in and out in 15 min. Higher on other stuff like filters and such. But that stuff is easy to change on your own. If your in a hurry highly recommend them.

This place was the only one I could find on a Sunday morning. I was nervous about trying it, since it had not been rated yet.
The guys were very friendly and answered all my questions. It was a great experience! It was a little pricey, but nothing outrageous. ($ 35 for an regular oil change) They were done within about 20 minutes, which was nice since I had my 1 yr old son with me.

You deserve No stars. I have been going to this one place for over ten years. I guess the franchise has changed hands, or something, because of the past three oil & filter changes I have recd here, the service has been lousy, and that’s giving them a compliment. The first thing I noticed back in around the start of fall, was that they had had an entire personnel changeover, none of the people I had seen for a while were there, all new staff.
Yesterday, to top it all off with the bad service, as I backed out and left, and headed back down Hwy 6, I no sooner got past the light at West Oaks Mall, that oil smoke was coming out from under my F150 truck’s hood, and you could smell the brunt oil smell coming through the a/​c fresh air vents. I pulled into the West Oaks mall parking lot, turned off the engine, popped the hood only to find that all around my oil filler cap there was excess oil all poured/​spilled around and on the engine and manifold. Also, I looked up and they forgot to put the next oil change sticker was missing, so there’s another step in the QC process they have missed. While I normally look up to the sticker to see how close I am to my next oil change, now I will have to keep in my head the mileage number when last changed, or just keep the yellow slip handy.
Next gripe. Remember I told you I had been coming here for over ten years? This includes a Jeep Wrangler, and Two Jeep Cherokees, and now my current vehicle the 2007 F150. Used to be that when they pulled you up on their computer they have your name, history, address, etc, everything and how long you have been getting your car serviced there. I’m sure they still get that info, becasue they have pointed out from time to time, your vehicle needs this or that according to their computer history on all of my current and past vehicles. Now I know this is going to sound picky, but when they finished your vehicle, and the mechanic had the person at the billing counter the service complete nod, they would say to the people waiting in the lobby, Mr. Bounds, your vehicle is ready, anything else we can take care of today? Also, their ‘Full Service’ would vacuum your floor mats, and also back the car out of the stall, and park it out front, bring in the keys and hand them to the person billing at the counter to begin the checkout process. I know this sound picky, but these little things like thing, ‘including missing the sticker inside the windshield, are only the little things that keep people coming back to the same place. Also, how do I even know or trust, they did all the other required inspection points and that they may have just ‘pencil whipped’ those checks as well?
Given the fact the oil was either overfilled, or spilled all over the engine block and manifold, one can only wonder, did they screw on the oil filter correctly, does it have a good seal, did they overfill the regular 5 qts that should go into a vehicle with a filter, all of these thing come into mind, when you see the diminished quality of service. This is probably the LAST damn time I will go there, I will find another place, even if I have to pay $ 10 dollars or more over the standard going rate for and oil filter and change. Thanks Kwik Lube, you blew it for a loyal customer…
