These people not just cut my fingers while doing my nails… they looked at me like I was being a nuisance for refusing to let the nail fungus infested man finish doing my nails after he made my fingers bleed and to top it off he left the old gold nail polish color visible thru the new nails! Never EVER going back to this place. Will also file a formal complaint with the Texas State Cosmetology licensing board in Austin! This was the worst nail experience I have ever had. Unbelievably unscrupulous greedy people, just to make a quick buck throwing safety completely out the window. Smh

Horrible I will never come here again.
I came because I wanted eye lash extensions and a manicure. The man was like okay and said lets do manicure first so I left them… worst nails I even got. Not the same shape at all, I asked for square. I got round. Then as the tech got done he told me come back tomorrow to get my eyelash extensions done because the girl was off today.
I told them then take of the nails because that was the only reason I came here. The manger or whatever he is yelled as he said sorry to me, telling me to come back tomorrow when I told him I only have today to do this he said that’s not my problem. Then he left the store, telling me that another manger will come right now. I got up to ask how long till he gets her and another tech called the police on me. Now currently waiting on the police.

Came for a full set and pedicure. One it’s extremely rude to be on a cell phone the entire time doing my nails and everyone crowded around having a conversation on whatever language they speak. Two when I was getting pedicure the lady made my two bleed keep doing it after I told her to stop she put some green crap on and pushed it in the water my toe still hurts and I am doing what I need to do to keep it from being infected a basic pedicure was quoted at 20 ended up being 5 dollars more at the end. I will not be going back here at all glad there is a lot of places in houston to get my nails done

I was not happy with my gel nails, three of my nails have bumps. The color is not even and the person doing my nails was rude. He didn’t finish massaging my arms, he just left my fingers oily.*** They do NOT sanitize their tools***

This is my favorite place to get my nails done. They don’t break or come off. When ever I get the chance I do full color powder on my nails. The staff is nice and the place is clean.

I only come here to get my waxes done (eyebrows and lip). It’s affordable and they do a really good job. It’s never crazy packed and there’s rarely a wait.

Been coming here since January for acrylics, such a nice staff and location. I bring in pictures for Brit and she always gets it on point. Never going anywhere else! OH & they have great hours… I get out from work at 6pm and they wont shoo me out even getting there at seven she will get the job done until everything is great for me. I’ve only done my eyebrows once which went great as well. Very much recommend this nail salon!

I am new to the area so I was looking for a new salon to get my solar nails and pedicures done at. Decided to try this place out and will never go back!!! While doing my pedicure, she cut my toe and part of my skin with the nail clipper because she was talking to her co– worker. My nails were crooked and of course they argued the classic no its your finger thats crooked– SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND AGGRAVATION– GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I found that the nail place in walmart is the best in the area, Ms. Pauline is awesome & I am extremely picky!

I went here with a friend to get acrylic nails for the first time. The service was terrible. The guy who did my nails was nice at first but as soon as we started the nails, he stopped the act that he apparently had going just to get us to get our nails done. He kept getting up and leaving the middle of attending me to do random stuff. The lady that did my friend’s nails cut her finger and made her bleed. To stop the bleeding she gave her some kind of warm hand bath, which she charged us extra for. The nails were pretty. but for both of us together our total was $ 75. Way too expensive and terrible customer service. Would not recommend.

I was visiting from out of town, and needed to find a nail salon. Just popped in to get a pedicure and man was it a great pedicure. Huge salon and such a great experience. The staff was extremely nice and really did a WONDERFUL job, I thought my lady back at home was good. The next time I return to Houston I will definitely stop here again. I didn’t get a manicure but my aunt did and her nails looked amazing. I would definitely suggest, and I only let a few places do my nails. I don’t believe you will be disappointed!
