La Fresca Pizza

Wow, never have I been so disappointed in a sandwich. At least their pizza is good. I’m hoping I can post a pic, because the sub roll is huge but there’s barely anything on the sandwich!!! Chicken Philly… I should’ve known better. I’ll stick to their pizza!

I’ve only ordered calzones here and then promptly open them up to scoop out the inside. But basically, I get the gist of their pizzas. The calzones are well filled, the marinara a good accompaniment, and the choices varied. I cannot comment on their pizzas…

Better than pizza hut it took less than 10 minutes to make. Taste so fresh and there reasonably priced. Highly recommend. Customer service was amazing as well.

We tried several other pizza places and were tired of the greasy pizza and/​or the fact they would not deliver. La Fresca’s pizza is delicious and we are extremely happy with their pizza. Delivery is quick and the delivery folks are always nice. But, the one thing that I have never had a pizza place do, is when I make my call for the order they automatically say and your address is such and such. You normally get such and such… would you like that. I can be off the phone in less than 10 seconds. They are great and I highly recommend them.

Fresh tasting veggies, good wheat crust. Really liked it because wasn’t greasy but still tasty. Large was a little smaller than the average Pizza Hut/Domino’s large but still plentiful. Only complaint is that pizza wasn’t really hot when delivered.

Being sick of Papa John’s and all of the generic pizza delivery places, and also seeing that the local Russo’s had health violations (eek!), we decided to give this place a try. The ladies in my neighborhood love it, so maybe I will too! I’m SO glad I did, because La Fresca is one of those places that’s cheap yet has the pricier pizza taste/​feel.
The website kept crashing on me, so I decided to call. The guy on the phone was super nice, super helpful, and genuinely seemed to enjoy his job. We ordered the greek salad (YUM) and the pizza and wings. I found out later that they offer a wheat crust, so we’ll definitely try that out next time!
Delivery took about 45 minutes. That’s how long most delivery places take around our neighborhood and exactly what the gentleman predicted. The delivery man was also very kind, and maybe I’m just jaded by fast food people who hate their jobs, but I really appreciated this. Got an extra tip for being friendly. 10 points to Gryffindor!
The pizza was really good. We created our own, and usually pizza requires a bit of blotting via paper towel due to too much grease, but this one really didn’t. I tried to and barely any grease came off. Win! The flavor is great, and I really liked the crust!
The wings, to be honest, weren’t really my favorite. They were completely burnt on one side yet fine on the other. They also weren’t very saucy. My guess is they bake (instead of fry) the wings with the sauce already on them (instead of tossing them at the end). It wasn’t a big deal, we still ate them. We just won’t order them again. Small loss considering!
Good food, friendly and prompt service, and they deliver. Need any other reasons to go?

Go to pizza spot to pick up and bring back home. Consistency is great and I have never been disappointed. Great customer service along with good quality food. If you live within a 5 mile radius from here you have no excuse to not come here.

Love this place. Pepperoni rolls are fantastic and cheap, pizza is fresh and good and wings are exceptional. They are typically quick to deliver as well. Only thing not so good is the clunky online ordering system but they take PayPal!

We usually always eat papa johns or dominos however after trying the pizza here we are hooked! Quality, taste and service you just don’t find anywhere! Not a big fan of grease and these pizzas were fantastic! Recommend a bit of feta for a good twist!

They said my pizza would be ready in 10 mins. I was like, ‘really?’ It showed. The veggies were a little burnt and the chicken was a bit tough. The kind of things that happen when you crank up the temperature to get it done faster. Boneless chicken wings — meh. Calzone — not too shabby.

Pizza was great. Love the wheat crust and the veggies on the pizza (we did mushroom, onion, black olives and roasted red bell peppers). But we got the tenders and boneless wings, totally could tell they were frozen. I would get pizza again from here and probably will pass on the tenders.

Fresh ingredients and great price. They have a great Greek salad and they are not stingy on the amount they give you. We only started eating at La Fresca a few months ago and wish we would have found them sooner. Plus they are a sponsor at our local Little League at Westbury.

This little gem is my best find this year, i ordered pizza from them this week for the first time, they arrive at my house after 20 minutes!!! with hot fresh and delicious pizza! Im so happy they are in my neighborhood, most try!

Best pizza I have had in a long time. Finally had a chance to try La Fresca. After many recommendations from the moms and ladies of south west Houston. I can’t wait to try other menu options. Even my grandson the picky eater liked it

This was the first time we’ve ordered from this business, and I have to say that I’m not disappointed. I can’t believe that we’ve been ordering from Papa Johns for an entire year when this place was down the street the entire time! The service was fast, and the man who delivered our pizza was very friendly– regardless of the fact that it’s raining cats and dogs outside. The food was spectacular! We ordered a veggie and build your own calzone and garlic breadsticks. The ingredients were as fresh as they look in the menu, and they tasted great! I will be going here for pizza from now on.
