Tacos here were meh… the potato egg and cheese was really bland and small. They only take cash and were not friendly at all. Felt like I was not welcome there.

This is an ok place to pick up breakfast tacos in the morning. They heat up the corn tortillas and eggs to order, so the wait is a little longer than others that have it ready, but this is a rarity that I appreciate. The tortilla is sometimes dry, sometimes oily (in a good way) and are quite small. Their salsa is pretty mediocre — watery and does not add much taste.
I’ve tried the barbacoa, egg & potato, and egg & chorizo here. They are all pretty decent but, again, very small. The price is around $ 2 – 2.75 per taco which is cheap but the value is worse compared to a bunch of other taco places in the area

If one hipster came, they will all flock here. Original décor, original food, family owned, and extremely clean. Great tacos !

Racist !! They don’t like Gringo’s (white people). We walked in and waited for 10 min before the Hispanic guy behind counter even looked at us and as we went to order some other Hispanics walked in. He immediately walked away from us and took their order. Than ignored us again. Wow. Nice to know white people are not welcome in your place of business.

These are the very best tacos in all of Houston… I eat here every time I return to Houston from out of town. The storefront is a bit scary and mis-​leading, but the family inside have been making these tacos to-​order for years and years, they are fresh, the tortillas are hot, soft and tasty, and the green sauce is scrumptious and muy caliente! Open only for breakfast and lunch. You won’t be disappointed!
