This place is horrible! I don’t say this about many places. I normally will give a place of business a second chance before I write a bad review! I went in to get my eyebrows waxed. When ever I get my eyebrows done I tell the tech exactly what i want so there would be no confusion. My exact request was to just clean them up and not to make my eyebrows thin. Well needless to say when I got up both of my eyebrows where extremely thin, one had an arch and the other was straight. I immediately told the tech I was displeased with them and she starts argument with me saying that’s how I told her to do it. I was so pissed I just stopped talking. I paid them and left! I will never ever go back! If she would of just admitted to her mistake them I would of been okay with that! But to start and argument with a customer is crazy. It all comes down to customer service. I was polite to her and I expected the same in return.
