Beautiful place to stay great new on-​site management, Adam and Tracy. I’ve lived here on and off for years and it seems like they never fix the washer and dryer machines to work with the cards and the Wi-​Fi sucks! 1 minute it works reat next minute they say they are going to make it better and it doesn’t work at all and the tech team tells you it must be something with your equipment never a solution other than to blame the customer! What’s the point of offering Wi-​Fi if you can’t stream!!!

Excellent place to stay! Stayed here for a few days and the hospitality by the property managers Adam & Tracy have been first class!
Grounds are immaculate… not a piece of trash anywhere! Excellent facilities!

Nice park! Gated, free shuttles to medical facilities for patients, 4 acre lake, concrete pads, free wifi and cable TV, large Cameroon with a pool table, ping pong, books and shuffle board, laundry roomland friendly staff. We only stayed one night but it would have been a good spot for several evenings.

We stayed at lake view rv park from June 13 2015 Intel July 72 015 for my husband to get open heart surgery at at Luke’s hospital all of the medical facilities were right there about 5 miles or so everything is so convenient to the park grocery stores drug stores restrants the rv park is immaculate absolutely beautiful spotless bathrooms clubhouse and pool the managers do a fabulous job running the park it was a pleasure for my husband to walk and recover and my daughter had one of the park model trailers renter and it was very nice and so clean and comfortable thanks so much for everything the Stewart party

This is our fourth stay at Lakeview in our RV and the best feature is this park has no speed bumps! Chris & Jim are very friendly. They were able to accommodate us when we added days to our stay without having to move sites. The park has large pull thru’s in front, a large clean laundry facility where you have to purchase a readable card, a huge rec room with workout equipment, pool, ping pong & shuffle board tables, free popcorn and coffee and a nice lending library with lots of puzzles to work on. There is also a heated swimming pool, hottub and cabanas and a beautiful lake. The park is within a few miles of shopping. We will definitely be back.

Rude Staff. Common areas are run down. Not a friendly community. They call it a «resort» but they treat tenants like children posting rules all over the property. Not a safe neighborhood. All you hear are the loud trains and police sirens 24⁄7. At any given time ½ of the washers and dryers are out of service in the laundry room. Wifi is sketchy and frequently down. Many homeless people live just outside the «resort» security gate which is open more than it is shut. Do yourself a favor and keep driving by.

Great park, secure, clean, wide sites, satellite friendly. Nice laundry facility, have to use a reload able card not my favorite but it’s just me. Easy to every where in the crazy traffic of Houston. Staff was a lot of fun and very friendly and helpful with all our crazy situations.

Nice facilities. Secure and maintained. Cottage rentals could be better cleaned and sleeping conditions on pullout wasn’t the beat.

Excellent park, close to downtown. All concrete pads. Free Shuttle to Medical Center. Park managers are great people. Laundry faciltiy, nice recreation room.
