Laraby Financial was fantastic. They really helped me out when I was buying my first house last year, and they made the mortgage process extremely easy and seamless. I have referred many of my family and friends to them and they have been pleased too. I highly recommend Laraby!

If it were possible to rate with negative stars I would. I sold a house where the buyers were using this group for their mortgage… what a disaster. They don’t have the resources to line up an appraiser, recognize that the appraisal was missing Fannie Mae requirements or to follow up and get the appraisal evaluated. It takes 3 days for them to get appraisal «approved» after three weeks to get one. It’s another two days for underwriting. Short version: closing was a week and a half late when the buyers had 65% down. Complete nightmare.
