Went in for an eye exam. The staff was professional and the doctor was absolutely phenomenal! Helpful, knowledgeable, and super sweet. I HIGHLY recommend this Lenscrafters. Wish I could give them 6 stars!

After a visit with Pearle vision and not caring for the small expensive selection. I went to Lenscrafters to see what selection they offered. What a nice suprise! Great friendly knowledgeable staff, with a wonderful selection and sales promo bonus! Picked out a pair of Tiffany glasses that were $ 200 less than some others at PV., amazing since I am very picky. IN and OUT within 30 minutes. Upon picking them up a week later(special lens) they were just as friendly and called me by name. I will not go anywhere else! One HAPPY New Lenscrafter Customer.

The people are great. However, their prices are so over priced not even funny. If you check online and compare the prices they charge for glasses and lenses you will pay at least double the price. I would never by glasses from here, but use it more as a showroom to go online and purchase.

Possibly the worst customer service experience ever! Initially, I was told my glasses wouldn’t be ready for 5 – 10 days because they had to special order my lenses. Twelve days later I called for an update, and was told my lenses are on back order for 5 more days. Seven days later I called and was told they weren’t shipped yet and they weren’t sure why but my lenses should arrive by the following shipment the next day. I called back the following day and was then told my lenses should arrive in two days. So 5 – 10 days has turned into a 20 plus day ordeal! I have since gotten a refund and went somewhere else. Not once was the store ever proactive in contacting me about a delay. I always had to call and find out the status, and even then no one found out any answers — they just pushed me aside and told me to wait a couple more days. Ridiculous!

I went for an eye exam. The place was clean and professional. The courteous staff worked quickly. I appreciated it a lot! It’s at the Galleria, though, so if you’re going anytime between October and January, leave a LOT of padding to your appointment time for parking and traffic.
