Been to a few meetings. Interesting, and at least they are not a traveling sales show from hotel meeting room to hotel. The meetings are basically the same thing, over and over again, selling selling, come join and learn, pay some money so then call it educational and mentor group.

Not very happy I was mislead in buying a product that I can’t use be very carefull if I could do it over again I would just do the $ 500 dollar membership and save my $ 18,000 dollars for the 2 year membership for buying property .I am not rich and took a long time to save.

Makes sure you know what you are getting! First these guys are not crooks — but think very very seriously before you invest money in the high level $ 15,000PIG(preferred investor group) membership. You can make your money back, but really really ask yourself if you are going to do what they teach. The multi family deals are few and far between, it’s NOT as easy as they make it appear. One last thing — the multi family«mentors» are real estate agents who get a commission if you buy a property through them — they are trying to sell you something! Conflict of interest?

I purchased a 2-year membership, attended the 2-day seminar this past weekend, and I loved it!
